Enjoy porch swinging from our newly, custom built pergola while enjoying panoramic views of the Blue Ridge Parkway and overlooking our large 3 acre pond. Horse Lover You’ll love looking over our horse pasture towards our large pond where catch and release fishing is allowed! Are you an avid hunter This would be your dream spot to stay. We have a walk-in game cooler, meat processing area and deer skinning shed available on-site. Minutes away from the National Forest.

We are conveniently located 15 minutes from the town of Bedford, 10 minutes to the Peaks of Otter Lodge and Campgrounds, 30 minutes to Lynchburg and Liberty University, 45 minutes to Roanoke, 30 minutes to Smith Mountain Lake. We are 5 minutes from the Peaks of Otter Winery and 10 minutes from Gross’s Orchard - both worth exploring for a true sense of this area. The town of Bedford is home to the National D-Day Memorial and is bursting with lots of quality Arts & Antiques in our quaint downtown area. Other day trips worth the visit include Appomattox where the Civil War ended, Thomas Jefferson’s Poplar Forest, Monticello at UVA, Natural Bridge of VA, Train Museum and Taubman Art Museum in Roanoke and Liberty Mountain’s Snowflex Centre.
