The property provides three bedrooms with accommodations up to six people (2 Queens, 1 King master). Features: Two and a half bathrooms including a master suite, fully stocked kitchen, washer-dryer, front porch, camp fire pit, and propane grill. Wi-fi internet provided w/ streaming capabilities; no local cable. A/C Window-units are available in bedrooms and dining/living area, no central air. Hoist is not available for guest use.

The property features a flat topography with no stairs required for lake access and sits off the main road down a private gravel lane with parking up to two vehicles in paved driveway. The setting offers plenty of space for running around with little worry of traffic. The front porch offers sweeping views of the west side of Seneca lake north to the city of Geneva and south to Lodi point.

We are also within short striking distance to Cayuga lake for further wine and cheese trail activities. Make your evening dining reservations and head for cocktails on lively Linden street in downtown Geneva. Sit back in an Adirondack chair and enjoy the sunset around a camp fire. It does not get much better than this!
