Excellent location, well equipped and good size holiday rental. Our second visit to Maelog Villa did not disappoint even though the weather could have been better. Good size bedrooms sleeping eight in comfort. Invaluable provision of parking for up to three cars. Well worth a return visit if and when Maelog Villa becomes available again.

Another return visit to this wonderful property. Great family space. Close to beach and some great walks as we had dogs. Clean and well equipped. Local shops and bars. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. . .

This house is really lovely and in a great location: very central to restaurants, bars and the local One Stop Shop. The beach is about a 3 minute walk away. The house has everything you could need for your stay (just take your own shower gel and shampoo). The kitchen is very well equipped and the dining area can comfortably seat 8 people. A welcome pack was provided which included crisps, chilli jam, biscuits, teabags, sachets of milk, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and 3 toilet rolls. We only stayed for three nights, so this pack was a lovely gesture. There is a fully enclose rear yard for anyone with a dog or small children, with outdoor furniture to seat 8. The towels are of a very good quality, thick and fluffy! The bed we slept in was very comfortable with feather duvet and pillows and lovely clean white bed linen. There is a cabinet in the dining area which is full of book and games for children and adults, and also some cute wooden toys. There is a gate at the bottom of the stairs for small kids and dogs, although the whole property is dog-friendly. The staircase is fairly steep as it’s a Victorian property, but there is a small downstairs loo so you don’t need to make unnecessary trips upstairs.We can definitely recommend The Oyster Catcher for food, which is just a 10-15 minute walk away. We also ate at Sunny Mount House which is literally opposite the property : while the food was quite nice it was expensive for what you get (22 for fish and chips).

Wow. What a truly stunning house. We did not want to leave. The house is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. It.is very spacious and close to the beach and all amenities. Anglesey Holiday Lettings were also fantastic and I was able to extend my holiday by an extra day with no issues.

Love Maelog Villa and will be back soon. Fantastic property in a great location. We were lucky with the weather this time but always enjoy whatever we get.

Had a great stay in August-2 adults, 2 kids and a dog. The house was lovely, clean and spacious-ideal for our family! Comfortable rooms with plenty of space. The rear courtyard was a real sun trap. The kids loved having a pool table and table tennis in the garage. We would recommend this house! Location was perfect-the house is situated on the high street (noise wasn't an issue at all), with sea views from the upstairs front bedrooms. The local beaches were all a short stroll away. Great to have private parking at the rear so we didn't have to park on the high street.

Maelog is a beautiful Victorian house with quality furnishings & all the equipment you will need right in the centre of the village. I’d definitely stay there again .

The property had everything we needed for our get together. We are family and friends 36 - 66 age group, including 2 dogs. The house was perfect and had everything we needed plus more. Comfortable beds, great showers and we used the BBQ, games room and garden too. Close to the lovely beach which we all enjoyed. A variety of shops close bye too. We ate at the Oystercatcher just a 15 minute walk away and it was lovely too and they even had plenty of vegan choices as one of the guests is vegan. We enjoyed the area soo much we have booked the same property again for next May already.

Lovely house with great bedrooms with seatng, comfortable beds and good facilities. Downstairs toilet a bit of a squeeze but two gorgeous bathrooms, well laid out kitchen with all the utensils we needed plus living room with wood burner for a bit of atmosphere on top of central heating while watching the wifi enabled TV. We didn't use the washing machine or the outdoor seating area but would love to come back when a bit warmer and use the barbecue!

A beautiful home we keep coming back to. Well equipped house with everything we needed for a 2 family stay with dogs. Lovely enclosed sun trap courtyard, very secure for dogs. Great location for beach and restaurants. Will definitely be returning and would highly recommend this property for a holiday stay.
