Stayed Nov 30, 2025This place is a must stay if you’re looking for a place with fantastic views, a cozy and welcoming feel. It’s nice a serene to wake up and see the views. Simon was the best host and was able to tell me about the different trails around the area for gorgeous hikes if you are into that. Urquhart Castle is just around the corner and town is just a mile walk away! I wish I could have spent more time here.

Stayed Oct 11, 2024This property was an absolute dream. Fantastic views of Loch Ness, walking distance to Urquhart Castle, spacious, quiet, peaceful and clean. It was a bit difficult to find for the first time in the dark as it gets quite dark in Scotland, but that was more due to my unfamiliarity with the area than the instructions that were given. I would still recommend trying to arrive with light left in the day because the view of Loch Ness is nothing short of spectacular. I highly recommend this property and will be hoping to book it again when we return.

Stayed Jun 9, 2024The property is well situated just outside of Drumnadrochit with wonderful views of Loch Ness and the hills beyond. It provided a perfect base to explore the surrounding area. Simon and Annie are wonderful hosts, with Simon providing suggestions of places to see and restaurants to eat at. It was much appreciated.
