Lovely North Hero Location

The perfect house for 2-4 people. Beautiful setting right on the lake. Enjoyed the screened in porch for enjoying the evenings and watching fireflies. The house has everything you need and is very clean and well maintained. Mary is a very good host and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be booking again next time we are out in Vermont!

We were very impressed with everything about the cottage. It was extremely clean and well organized with everything we needed. The porches were fantastic for relaxing after dark without the bugs. The hosts were very accommodating and left many tips for things to do in the area. We had a great stay.

This cute, cozy cottage is perfect and had everything we need for a relaxing stay on the island. The hosts, who live on the property, were friendly, helpful, and kind. It was a short drive to lots of activities and restaurants.

Everything was as listed. Mary and John were very helpful, pleasant, and responsive hosts. The cottage itself was very comfortable and well thought-out. The beds were comfortable, and the shower was great -- two very important things to me in a rental. There's a lot to do in the area. I would recommend this cottage to just about everyone, whether you're looking for a quiet week by the lake, sight-seeing, fishing, hiking, and/or biking. Enjoy!

This little camp was a wonderful peaceful retreat on Lake Champlain! Everything you need was there- lake view- great swimming- quiet and a great screened in porch for enjoying your morning coffee and bagel?. We look forward to coming back again!

Simply put, Island View Cottage is just perfect! The views of Lake Champlain are wonderful, the location is quiet and peaceful, yet handy to the bike trail, the General Store and other necessities. The cottage itself is quite comfortable and well equipped. We loved sitting out on the screened porch to have our coffee or to read and relax most of all. Mary, the owner, was so very friendly and helpful, answering any questions we had. We highly recommend Island View Cottage!

We were extremely pleased with the cottage! It was exactly as pictured - even better. It was very clean and had all the amenities you could think of. We spent many hours sitting in the screened-in porch enjoying the wonderful view of both the beautiful yard and the lake. Mary and John, the owners, live next door on the same property and were friendly and attentive without being intrusive. We look forward to returning someday
