Stayed Aug 2, 2025Comfortable, clean, and an amazing location in Breakwater Village! The cottage itself was more than enough for our party of two; I could easily see a family of up to 5 people comfortably enjoy their stay in this cute cottage! The private beach was never too crowded, and also boasted some gorgeous sunsets! Communication with Rob was easy, he responded quickly whenever we reached out with a question. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Stayed Jun 19, 2025Brought my mom to the beach for her 60th birthday and this stay did not disappoint! Beautiful neighborhood and private beach just a minute walk down the path. Cottage was clean and the outdoor shower was awesome! Rob was a great host and very responsive. Could not have been better!
