Its best feature, however, is its location. It sits overlooking beautiful Lake Waukewan in Meredith. It is just over a mile to the center of town with its shops and restaurants. There is plenty of parking; cable and Wi-Fi.

Stayed Aug 9, 2025The location, lake, host responsiveness, and access were all five star. I only deduct a star because the cabin itself was less comfortable than I was hoping. Adults could not really access the lofts because those witch's steps were super shallow and steep. The one shower was so tight, an adult could barely turn around in it, and the largest of us was taller than the shower head. In addition, the mattresses could really use some updating or padding.I totally understand that the cabin is labeled rustic, these are just some features we couldn't get past. That being said, we still enjoyed our stay. I would just choose one of the other properties on site next time.
