LAKE HAMILTON ~ Couples Retreat- Still making it feel like summer time!

This was the second time in just over a year that we've staid here. It is lovely, well appointed, and clean! Plenty of everything you may need. We have used the outdoor grill and it was clean and performed well. We love that it is quiet here and not really far to go to Hot Springs. We found two new to us restaurants 1) Fisherman's Wharf and 2) Luna Bella. Although we planned on cooking a few nights, we loved these restaurants so much, we ate each one twice! Highly recommend! The Hosts have always been gracious and helpful. They are very responsive - the first time we visited and couldn't get the tiki lights to work. They came and fixed it up in minutes.Overall, this place is a gem! We highly recommend The Cozy Cottage!

My 3rd time staying at the Cozy Cottage and I’ll be back every year. I love being in a cove of the lake and not the main lake so you’re not dealing with noisy lake traffic, speed boats etc but still easy access to the water to swim, kayak, paddle board etc. Everything is well stocked with everything you could need. I love spending the morning and evening on the front porch or in the sun room when temps allow. Perfection. Can’t wait til my next trip.

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway! The view of the river was gorgeous and made for a perfect backdrop all weekend. The cabin itself was very clean and well-kept, which we really appreciated. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the owners were so kind and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We felt well taken care of from start to finish. We would for sure stay there again.

Yes, but we bought fishing equipment and did not catch anything. We don't think the lake was stocked

Everything was easy from checking in to checking out. The view of the lake was so nice, the kayaks were worth the rent especially with the nice weather and water was so pretty. Everything was clean inside and out. Carol was quick and very responsive. Definitely would recommend and stay again!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Cottage! We found the neighborhood to be quiet and peaceful! The house was very clean and had everything thing we needed for a wonderful stay! We flew into Hot Springs Memorial Airport and the weather prevented us from departing on our scheduled time and caused us to stay an extra day! Carol was very prompt and helpful in making this happen!

This was an adorable little cottage right on the lake with a spectacular little sun sunroom. We stayed over New Year’s, so did not get to experience the water. However, I would definitely consider staying here again if in the area. Check-in process was seamless and communication with the host was great. The only thing I would recommend is a motion light on the step down to the bedroom. Otherwise, it was perfect!

If you are looking to get away from the noise, this is the perfect spot. I didn't know Arkansas was so beautiful. We met the staff and a local man at Yum Yum and they were very welcoming. The cottage was perfect for my husband and I. Ohh and use that tub after a day of hiking or walking around Hot springs, its heavenly!

2nd time I have spent my birthday here and I’ll be back for all my birthdays in the future. Love the location, right on the water but without the noise of the big boats, perfect for taking out my SUP. Sitting on the porch overlooking the water. Perfectly stocked bathrooms (with big tub), kitchen, comfy furniture, smart TV, easy keyless entry…Not far from Bathhouse row in Hot Springs and it’s a pretty drive there. Can’t wait to return.

Cozy Cottage was even better than anticipated. The kitchen had every appliance you could wish. The sunroom was our favorite hangout. So peaceful! Check in was a breeze.

The house is perfect for us. Cozy just like the name and the hosts are so accommodating. The waterfront is beautiful and relaxing. Love hearing the birds in the morning. It’s also a great location, far enough to enjoy the scenery and close enough to everything you might need in town. We love it.

Property was clean and well maintained me and my wife had a wonderful stay and would recommend it for any couple looking for a nice quiet getaway!

My husband and I had such a a relaxing stay. The sun room was our favorite place and we took full advantage of the outdoor kitchen/deck area! The hosts were the best. The house was fabulous.

Secluded, cozy and right on the water

The Cozy Cabin is a great place to relax. It was very clean and cozy. It felt like being at home away from home. Carol was very friendly and was very helpful with all our needs and making us aware of activities in the area. We had a great time being able to just stay around the cabin and fish. We were alble to use the paddle boat to enjoy the beautiful views around the cove. We will definitely be returning.

The cottage was just as advertised and is situated right on the water in a quiet, rural neighborhood. The cottage was clean and had anything and everything you might need. The sunroom overlooking the water is the best spot for morning coffee or catching up on emails. Would absolutely recommend.

We stayed at the Cozy Cottage while visiting the Hot Springs area in March. Location is close enough to Hot Springs to be very convenient and far enough away to give you a sense of being remote. The Cottage and property are fantastic. Communication during booking/check-in was top notch. Property was as described and shown online. I would stay here again if I was vitiing the hot springs area.

There isn't enough good things to say about the cozy cottage from start to finish. It was a wonderful experience. Carol went out of her way to make sure that we were well taken care of. The cottage itself was immaculate. Perfect spot on the lake. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously and can't wait till we get another opportunity to go visit again. Such a peaceful and relaxing experience and very much needed. Like I said, I can't say nearly enough good things about the cottage or about Carol. They were both wonderful. Thank you for letting us come visit. Can't wait to go back.

It is an amazing property with a beautiful lake view! A deck that is meant for a good grill out party! lol The property is clean and the hot tub is super nice! Can’t wait to do some fishing this summer from there cause the water is see thru and prime for great fishing!

My fiancé and I had a great relaxing time. She especially loved reading in the sunroom. Will definitely go back the next time we need a relaxing weekend away.

Hello Carol and Ed,We had a wonderful time at Cozy Cottage and fell in love with the place! I was thoroughly impressed with how immaculately clean it was when we arrived! We cooked quite a bit, as that’s something we like to do together with new entrees and had most everything needed. It was wonderful to such nice appliances and extra ice makers! It was such a pleasure to not have a schedule and have a lovely patio to sit and the view was lovely. Thank Ed for coming to the rescue with the tiki bar lights when we couldn’t figure out how to get them on. Great to have you nearby! The Cozy Cabin is very appropriately named! It is the perfect location for a couple to just relax and unwind. Beautiful location on upper Lake Hamilton. Carol and Ed take very good care of the property. It is very well equipped. There was nothing we were wanting for. Not to close to crowds, but a beautiful scenic drive into Hot Springs. equipped. T

Great location, wife and i loved our weekend getaway. Short distance to boat rentals on Lake Ouachita, and host was very responsive.
