Important to Know:

**Spiral Stairs** Spiral stairs with alternating treads are narrow and NOT SUITED for children or adults with mobility/health/fitness issues. They will limit your ability to take luggage upstairs to the loft.

**Dirt Road** The property is accessed via a 0.3 mile bumpy dirt road that is not suitable for low-clearance/sports cars.

** Insects ** This cabin is in a natural wooded setting (similar to a state park). You may encounter insects, small animals, or deer on the property. Keeping doors/windows open will allow insects to enter.

* **Well Water** Our property utilizes well water, a mineral-rich hard water similar to the Hot Springs bathhouses, which may be more noticeable when using hot water.

We spent the weekend here and this was an extremely nice place. We loved it. It does need a few things to make it perfect but we would definitely stay here again. The host was wonderful to work with. The pictures are 100% accurate so you get exactly what you see! It’s a very quiet place to stay and unwind.
