Lake Front Cottage, Private Boat Ramp & Dock, Kayaks, Arcade Games, Ping Pong

The cottage is very comfortable. You walk through it and exit the back door, and suddenly, you've found paradise. There is a huge deck overlooking Weiss Lake, replete with a large outdoor table and chairs. A walk down a path towards the waterfront opens to a dock that spans about 80% of the property, where I caught 25 small crappie (odd name for a fish you can eat) during our stay. My wife took advantage of the paddleboard and enjoyed swimming.

Gem of a place! Super close drive and on deep water. The paddle boards and arcade games were a huge hit with the whole family.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful lakefront cottage. It was very clean, and comfortable for us. We cannot wait to return!

Loved the place. Clean, well stocked, comfy beds and plenty of room. Owners quick to respond and very accommodating. The shower is listed as small, it is, however both my husband and I are, “Fluffy,” and we have plenty of room. Everything scrupulously clean. Will come back!

It was great. It reminded me of staying at Grandmas house. It was great spot on the lake. The dock was the best and the back porch. We stay outside mostly so we loved the stay.

Owners did a great job explaining everything and setting expectations. One of our favorite vacations. Nice clean rustic place with a small shower on a very quiet lake. Not your place if u want to throw a large party.

I can’t say enough about our stay at this charming little cottage! The place was thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need—except the food, of course—which made settling in so easy and comfortable.My husband and I are both avid anglers, so having access to a private fishing dock was a huge bonus. We caught plenty of crappie—enough to enjoy a fresh fish dinner during our stay and still take home enough for a couple more meals!The host was incredibly kind and went out of their way to accommodate a special request from my husband, which we truly appreciated. They also checked in periodically just to make sure we had everything we needed and were enjoying our stay.One unexpected highlight was the arcade system—playing those classic games brought back so many great memories from my teenage years!I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit.— Regina F.

My wife and I needed a break from work, and our week-long stay at this cottage on Weiss Lake was just what we were looking for. We fished from the dock and floated on our large inflatable. It was such a peaceful week. We really didn’t want to leave, especially after she caught the biggest fish she had ever caught.

Very clean, shower very small, location on water excellent.

I stayed for three nights in February of 2025 and thoroughly enjoyed the property. It was nice and clean and the king size bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. The weather was unseasonably so I was able to make use of the patio and dock space. The owners are very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in the Leesburg area.

Enjoyed our time at your lovely cottage! Everything there that we needed & had a beautiful view of the lake! We will be back again!

Very nice place only my husband is a larger guy and the shower was pretty small for him and he likes a sitting chair and there wasn’t one

We really enjoyed our stay! We loved fishing off the dock so well I didn.t even use my boat it just sat in the driveway all weekend! The owners where great and the cleaning lady was so nice plus it was spotless inside 10/10 Would recommend

Charming, vintage cottage with tasteful colors and decor welcomed us at check in. We enjoyed the open concept of the main living/dining area and had all we needed to prepare meals and snacks. The cottage was spotless and well appointed. The outdoor living was incredible and offered easy access to the dock for fishing and sunning. We enjoyed our relaxing stay and plan to return soon.

The Cottage is sparce yet provided all amenities that we needed and more. It's right on the lake with easy access. Lots of activities for men and kids.

The cottage is great for a small lake side vacation. You can kayak, paddle board or fish right from the property. It’s small but suitable and is well situated. The neighbors are nice as well

Very clean and relaxing

Overall was a decent property. Lighting was a little confusing both inside and out. Weather was a factor since we were catching the remnants of the hurricane that devastated many areas of TN, GA, NC and FL. Sun cam out the morning we were leaving.

The house was very clean. It’s an older home but was clean, colorful, and had everything we needed. Enjoyed docking our pontoon boat on the nice boat dock. Had strings of lights around the deck and dock. Enjoyed the lights and view of the lake. Easy and short distance to the lake.

The property is very nice with a dock and deck area. We had such a great time relaxing and enjoying the water.

This place was very unique and offered additional ammenities, like kayaks, paddleboard, pool table, and an arcade game table. My grandchildren loved it, and we all enjoyed being at and in the lake!!

Very quiet and peaceful place. Unfortunately the fish weren't biting much. We enjoyed our stay. The lake view was beautiful! The shower was very small. The main bed was big and comfortable. We enjoyed the retro games on the video arcade macine. We are already considering visiting again!

This cottage is in a beautiful location with spectacular views of Lake Weiss. The host has thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. It's tastefully decorated and has nice amenities that other cottages in the area did not have. It's quiet and peaceful. We loved relaxing on the deck, enjoying the breeze from the lake and the sounds of the water and the birds. We will return!
