Jamestown Cozy Coastal Cottage in town near beaches & Newport. Sleeps 6 pets ok.

We had a great time in Newport despite having bad weather. The lucky thing is the house was comfortable and warm and had everything we needed. Steve was an excellent host and made sure everything was working and checked in during the day just to make sure we were OK to see if we needed anything.I really like the location, which was actually in Jamestown and not Newport. Close enough to quickly drive over and go to Newport to do the mansions and to eat, but in a cute area with a really cute café for breakfast just one minute walk, less than 10 minute walk to a grocery store, and a 10 minute walk to lots of restaurants in Jamestown.

Steve was a great host. The house was amazing. Loved the hot tub. The location was in a great location for a Newport trip.

Steve was wonderful. His home was perfect. We had everything e needed. It was clean, well stocked with all necessities. Wonderful location. Hot tub was perfect to relax in. We will definitely stay here again.

The property was exactly as described. The pool and deck area were perfect for entertaining and relaxing. Steve was helpful and gave great recommendations of things to do and places to eat in the local area. We would definitely book again!

This is a great property. Just as advertised! Clean, and well stocked with necessities, pretty much anything you would need. Steve is an excellent host. He reached out the day of arrival via text and even stopped over to walk us through how the hot tub works. We will definitely stay at this property the next time we visit Jamestown!

The property was great. It was spacious enough for us. It was very clean. The pool and hot tub were a great addition. Steve was a great host. He went above and beyond to regularly checked in on to make sure we were enjoying our trip. He recommend us things in the area. Over all, it was great and we may be back next summer :)

We had a wonderful stay at this charming rental house in Jamestown, Rhode Island, for our daughter’s college graduation weekend. As a family of five, we found the house to be perfect for our needs. Its rustic charm added a cozy, welcoming vibe, and it was equipped with all the necessities to ensure a comfortable stay.The large backyard was a highlight, offering plenty of space for us to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The house itself was well-maintained and had everything we needed to feel right at home.Most importantly, the owner, Steve, was an exceptional host. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly accommodating, answering all our questions promptly and ensuring we had everything we needed. His thoughtfulness and responsiveness made our stay stress-free and truly enjoyable.We highly recommend this house to anyone visiting Jamestown. It’s a gem, and Steve’s hospitality made all the difference. We’d love to return for future visits!

The pool, hot tub and fire it area was perfect for our group! We even walked a few houses down to an adorable bakery for breakfast.

I’m local to the area but was moving and needed a place to stay while my stuff was in transit. This was perfect for me and my daughter. Close enough to walk to downtown and the playground. But also very quiet. Also close to Newport! Recommend!

We arrived to the quaint island of Jamestown with very high expectations and they were met in every way! Steve was such a large part of making our visit the best it could be; he was available to help with all of our requests, but also gave us our privacy, being the perfect host. For those that have never visited Jamestown, it is the perfect getaway for those who enjoy great food, beautiful scenery, and small town charm. We honestly did not need to leave this delightful island. Everything is within walking distance from Jamestown Cottage by the Sea: downtown, Mackerel Cove, victuals, great pizza, a breakfast cafe, the harbor, and even a florist, are all within walking distance. The cottage is spacious, clean, and beautiful, falling in line with the enchantment of Jamestown. Would we go back? As soon as possible!

This house was great and so was the host. We didn’t have enough time to explore the area of Jamestown but the house location was so great. Had all the amenities we needed. Comfy places to sit and relax inside and out. Steve was very responsive and helpful!

We had the perfect stay. The house was clean, quiet, and fully equipped with all the essentials and more. Everything was so well organized and we were never at a loss for finding anything we needed because everything was labeled so clearly. The pool, jacuzzi and fire pit were a nice addition and the house lived comfortably with multiple sitting and gathering areas. The convenience of location to the park, shops, beach and restaurants was paramount. The host was incredibly responsive to questions and worked to accommodate all our needs both before we arrived and during our stay. We look forward to coming back and would definitely choose to stay here again!

Steve is very attentive, he is the ideal host. Highly recommend a stay at his place in Jamestown. Pool was clean and bright hot tub was a great addition. Can’t say enough about how great our stay was.

My adult children came in from all over the country for a family get together. The house was fantastic- immaculately clean, well appointed, super comfortable seating and beds. High quality towels and sheets and the host was great! Super responsive. Oh and the back yard with the pool was awesome. 10 out of ten on every aspect of the stay!

My family of five, including 3 young children, had a wonderful stay in this lovely home with the most welcoming host. The house is clean, cozy, and stocked with everything we needed, and the outside area is perfect for summer fun. The location was great, and the kids especially appreciated the ice cream shop just a few doors down! Thanks again!!

This was our second time staying here. The owner is terrific and always ensures things are just right.

Perfect location! Short walk to get breakfast or a coffee in the morning and in the evenings an even shorter walk to the ice cream shop. My kids loved it. They would walk into town to get pizza. I finally felt relaxed on a family vacation since there was plenty to do in and around Jamestown as well as Newport. The pool float that Steve bought for us was fantastic. I would float and read my book. Would highly recommend.

This home is located within walking distance to everything in Jamestown. If you are looking for a peaceful stay in a beautiful town this house is it! Stephen was super easy to get a hold of and we will book again.
