Intimate Luxury on Bahamas Best Beach - Blue Point Cottage Beach House

We had an incredible stay! The house was clean, spacious and had an amazing view. We enjoyed the use of the kayaks to the island. We look forward to our next trip.

Our family and I had a spectacular time at the cottage. The accommodations were exacting as advertised. Very clean, modern and gorgeous home. The location was most amazing on the Tropic of Cancer Beach . We are so very fortunate to have had the opportunity and plan to return as soon as we are able.

A great location on the best beach in Little Exuma.  The cottage was the perfect size for the two of us and had everything we needed for some light cooking enjoyed in the expansive outdoor living area.  The deck (and home) have a terrific view of the nearby islands and wonderful blue shades in the water.  We have in the past been disappointed by a lack of cleanliness or misleading website pictures, however neither were a problem regarding Blue Point Cottage.  The quiet location, a beach usually to yourselves and crystal-clear water were everything we were hoping for on our trip.

This was perfect for my husband and I. Just the perfect size with all the amenities needed. The beach was beyond beautiful! We did some travel around the island but we could have simply stayed in and loved every minute of it at this location.

There is no better location than Tropic of Cancer Beach within a stone's throw of Brea's Delights. At least, I can imagine nothing better. Blue Point Cottage exceeded our expectations. Although the sunrise peaks in the master bedroom's east-facing window, it's just great to sit up in bed and see the azure ocean - literally. We roamed around a fair bit, I just cannot fathom a better or more beautiful location.

The house was wonderful and exactly as described and depicted in the pictures. The beach is literally the most beautiful beach we’ve ever seen. We kayaked almost every day to the little islands in front of the house, which is a must do. There’s a beach access within walking distance that has Brea’s Delight Bar and Grill, we ate lunch there 3 days, best hamburgers on the island. We will definitely be back.

We had a great stay at Blue Point a cottage. The property manager had the place stocked with the grocery list I sent ahead of time. There were things leftover from prior guests including bug spray and oil to help with the noseeums. You need it!! The location on the Tropic of Cancer beach was perfect. There is a little beach bar for food and drinks, Breas Delight, very close by! Be aware that the roads back to the houses on ToC beach are gravel and with rain storms, need to be taken slow. I would recommend a few extra blankets are added to the cottage for comfort. Overall, the home was as described and I would absolutely stay here again!

We truly enjoyed our stay. It was gorgeous. The house is exactly what we saw on line. It’s beautiful and clean. We will be back!

Small but absolutely adorable. Great location, you are right next to the Tropic of Cancer snack shack. We enjoyed this location very much. The house is clean, with lovely finishes, Judy is great if you choose to use her help with groceries etc. Something to keep in mind, if this is your first time, the house has no recourse book of any kind, so you better be prepared with your own- restaurants, things to go, places to see. The owner does send you some that, but as a repeat visitor to the island, I am glad we knew all the ins and outs before arriving.

Family of 3 stayed a week. Size of cottage was perfect for us. Really happy the cottage came with washer and dryer, kayaks, big jugs of bottled water, coolers, starter toiletries, hot tub and comfortable beds. Beach is perfect for launching kayaks or young kids if you have them. Communication with owner and on island property manager was excellent. Would stay again. Location is Tropic of Cancer beach. A 30 minute drive to downtown GTown. The owner sends you a cheat sheet for all on island activities and restaurants etc. super helpful. We rented a boat, went fishing, hit the chat n’ chill twice. There’s a lot to do given there are no stop lights on the island thank goodness. Restaurant days/hours are hit and miss. Shop at the grocery store in town but try all of the local joints.
