Stayed Mar 9, 2026Teresita was a wonderful host. The accommodations were comfortable and spotless clean and we had everything we needed. The beach in the back of the rental was beautiful. We stayed for one week in March 2026.

Stayed Aug 5, 2025Very clean, updated home with everything needed for a vacation or work stay. The owners were great and very accommodating. Will definitely stay here again in the future. Close walk to the beach, private parking and a laundry room but it over the top for me. Thanks for everything, see you next time I am in Exuma.

Stayed Feb 8, 2025The property is pristine. Tericeta and Phil are excellent hosts who are very attentive to their guests. We loved the beautiful house inside, and the outside landscaping was lush.The internet access was spectacular. It was the best I have had in 35 years of coming to Exuma.The beach was a 2-minute walk out the back door, providing great walks and dives into the sea.We enjoyed the nearby Blue Conch Restaurant several times during our stay.We highly recommend Chateau Ethalee and look forward to returning.
