In The Heart Of Historic Downtown Franklin

Loved the cottage! Kitchen, bathrooms, everything was pristine. The close walking to downtown was fabulous and we walked to shops, Franklin Theater and several great restaurants. Sat outside downtown listening to music while enjoying ice cream and candies.

Our host was excellent! The location of the property is ideal. It’s very comfortable for two people to stay.

The amenities of Franklin were a short walk away. The river walk was an excellent treat for the dogs.

The house was adorable and it was very easy to walk from here to everywhere in Downtown Franklin. The WiFi did not work the entire time we were there (which was fine since we spent little time in the home).

Our host Susan was terrific, and the location could not have been better. The bungalow was very cozy and walking to downtown was a breeze!

Susan was an excellent host. Everything was appointed beautifully. Susan greeted us and showed us the cottage upon arrival. It was in walking distance of the main square of Franklin, so optimally located. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. Thank you for a great stay!

This place was in a wonderful location. Just one block away from the downtown square. The rental house was so roomy, cozy and beautifully decorated. The host was very friendly and gave us some restaurant recommendations. Would definitely recommend this place!

We loved the cottage and the location was perfect.

Overall our stay was sufficient for what we needed. The cottage was in a nice neighborhood, walking distance from food and shopping. It was quiet at night, away from city noise. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had the normal amenities. The house needs some updating including routine maintenance and more deep cleaning. We had several mishaps that were inconvenient, one late at night and the host had sent her phone directly to voicemail. Also, we were stuck in the house during a parade that went down the street in front of the house; we were not told about this until it was too late to move the car. I suggest checking out an events calendar or asking the host specifically if there is anything going on during your stay.

Fantastic location and livable space. Kitchen stocked with supplies for meals. Plenty of parking off street and would definitely stay here again. Good water pressure too!

The location was perfect for us! We were able to walk to most of the things we wanted to do in Franklin. We even walked to The Factory on Saturday for the farmers market. Susan made the checkin, stay, and checkout all pleasant and easy. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.

Susan is a great host. She met us at the cottage when we arrived to show us around. Her place looks small on the outside, but had plenty of space for our two dogs and us. The location is right near downtown and we walked everywhere. Lots of coffee places and restaurants nearby. We had so many options and didn’t get to try them all! Would definitely stay here again.

Communication with host was wonderful, and the cottage contained everything we needed. Location was 10/10.

Unfortunately we weren’t able to fly in/stay due to personal reasons everything prior to rental dates was excellent, including communication etc! We can’t wait to book this place in 2025!

My husband and I stayed 3 nights at this lovely vrbo in Franklin while we were in town for a weekend with singer/songwriter Matthew West. The home was within walking distance to the Factory where we met several times. We were also there for the tree lifting which was amazing!! Susan was such a wonderful host she came over when we arrived to show us around the house and was so friendly! 10/10!

This location is perfect as downtown is just one street over. We walked most places to eat if we didn’t use the fully furnished kitchen to make a meal. Will certainly visit again.

Clean and comfortable guest house in the heart of downtown Franklin. Easy walk to many restaurants and shops.

This is our second time staying at the Franklin Guest House and we are planning a third time next year. Susan is a perfect hostess; both helpful and friendly. The bed is very comfy, which is extremely important to us. And, it is only one block off from the historic downtown (great shopping and restaurants)! 🙂

This was the perfect spot for our visit to Franklin. The cottage is cozy and had everything we needed. Check-in was convenient. A very short walk to downtown restaurants and stores and an easy drive to Nashville.

Amazing 1 bedroom house with everything you need for your stay. Set back off the street so a little quieter.
