Historic King Bed Cottage, Pvt Parking, Pvt Patio, Flexible Cancellations

The unit is extremely comfortable for two people. It is surprisingly spacious for its size. We sat in comfortable chairs to watch TV in the evening. I used the sofa for reading at night. The kitchen is modern and the dining room table is plenty big. The king-size bed is exceptionally comfortable. The closet has plenty of space to hang clothes, although there is not enough floor space in the bedroom for a dresser. The bathroom has a great shower and was very clean. The air conditioning kept the unit quite cold when desired. Having a private parking space outside was great. The location is just a couple of blocks away from a stop for the free dot city bus system. The dot system has two routes that cover pretty much the whole city. Great system for tourists and residents alike... Communication was very good with the hosts both before and during our stay. We had to spend a day inside the unit during a hurricane, and it weathered the storm extremely well. We didn't lose electricity and were comfortable the whole day. It was a very enjoyable stay, and we would definitely book the same property again.

Loved the interior. Very unique with the 4 sided Fireplace. The size was just right for the 2 of us. Loved that it had a washer and dryer! Had everything we needed.

Bed was a bit soft. But the house was well provisioned. Everything we needed.

This location is great. Very close to everything. Having a parking place is huge value in Savannah. It also was a quiet place. Bed was comfortable.

Charming, updated historic cottage within walking distance to most everything Savannah has to offer. We walked everywhere within the squares. Fully stocked, with extras, we especially appreciated the coffee. Comfortable, clean, and the hosts provided a plethora of information about this fabulous area. Photos and description are accurate. Communication was prompt. Check in and check out was easy. Parking included, which is a big plus. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

This was perfect for 2 travelers and within walking distance of the squares. The bed was so comfortable! The washer and dryer were a nice extra. And the parking easily accessible. We really enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, and the parking was convenient. It was within easy walking distance to the riverfront and the places we wanted to see. The house is set up as a master bedroom with the bathroom off the bedroom, which could be a consideration if using the sofa bed in the living room for sleeping accomodations. The host was very responsive and answered our questions quite promptly.

The unit was aprkling clean and so comfortable and cozy--so great for enjoying a lazy time out. it was perfectly located with easy wqlking access to both the riverfront and other parts of savannah. Once we parked, we walked everywhere. The Saturday morning market in Forsythe Park was amazing...a very diverse market with a wonderful community vibe.

I like to park the car and walk everywhere so this was perfect. Close enough to everything, even the Krogers grocery store was easily within walking distance. Plenty of restaurants to choose from for my 2 week stay.The cottage was pretty much as expected. A nice quiet neighborhood, didn't really hear any of the next door neighbors. Private parking very much appreciated. All the cottage amenities as expected. I would consider staying here again on my next trip to Savannah.A few minor things. Limited storage for clothes. A small dresser somewhere would be nice, perhaps tucked in the bedroom closet instead of the hanging thing. The back deck/patio is not as private as expected. All the other units including those on the next street have patios in that area. The adjacent unit even has a window looking out onto the patio. Of course, the bedroom window in this unit also looks onto the neighbor's patio. I kept those blinds closed the entire time.The front porch wasn't a bad place to hang out. Not much traffic on the street and it's shadier since on the north side. The HVAC system is fairly loud when running, especially the heat. I had to turn up the TV volume when it kicked on, and I turned it off at night for sleeping. A more modern heat pump unit with variable speed fans would be a huge improvement.

The cottage is super cute. Walking distance to everything and place we wanted to visit. Quiet area no loud noises from neighborhood. Host checked to see if everything was as it should be. Would stay again.

Great stay, loved the extra thoughtful amenities provided. Coffee, water bottles, shampoo, conditioner etc. Very convenient location, easy parking, very walkable.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Location to restaurants within walking distance was perfect. Dedicated on site parking was perfect. Highly recommend!

We were in Savannah for 3 days and our stay here was great!! The location is just right and you can walk to about everything. I think the longest walk was 15 minutes to one of the shops we wanted to go to and the shortest was 5 minutes to a restaurant named Clary's for breakfast (which I highly recommend). The house was very clean and in a quiet location just off the beaten path plus it had all we needed for the stay. Communication with the hosts Ryan and Nick was easy and they were quick with their replies / information. We do want to go back at some point and will stay here again if available.

The host checked on how we were doing and were very quick to respond to our messages. Home is close to where we wanted to go and it was as shown

We really enjoyed this property. It was clean, cozy, stylish and comfortable. The parking spot was really helpful, and the location makes everything in historic Savannah within walking distance! Enjoyed sitting at the front porch in the shade, saying hello to the few people that passed by. The neighborhood was good, and the beds were very comfortable!

This rental is in a great location that is just to the side of everything you would want to do in historic downtown Savannah. It was a perfect size for two adults (a kid could have slept on the couch) and very clean. The king bed was very comfortable and the home had all needed amenities. Fancy Parker's market (open 24h) is an eleven minute walk if you need to grab something to eat. Our hosts were super responsive and we can't wait until the next time we're back in town. Off street parking was a huge perk. Oh and we saw zero bugs which is unheard of for Savannah!

The location was perfect for walking most places we wanted to go. The cottage was lovely and cozy for a couple; we would definitely stay there again.

While the location meant a little longer walk to the touristy stuff, it was not enough to rule out staying there and we knew that going in. For us, the cottage was great and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Very comfortable. Communication with the Host, Ryan was great and he checked in often.

Great location for exploring Savannah. Just a couple of blocks from the free bus line. Ryan, the host, was VERY responsive! Cottage was just right for the two of us.

My wife and I stayed here and we loved it. The location was perfect as we were in walking distance of everything. The place is perfect for two and we enjoyed its charm, check in was easy and so was parking. We enjoyed it and will stay here again!
