Historic house in the heart of downtown Kingsport

Check-in was very smooth and easy. A very nice older home in very beautiful older community with lots of charm and nostalgia.

I grew up here and came back to visit family. This cottage is conveniently located near downtown Kingsport and easy to find. Very clean and comfortable. We had a great stay!!

We were able to enjoy our stay and time with family nearby. Our host was quick to respond and worked diligently to make sure any issue or question was addressed promptly.

Communication with the owner of this property was outstanding from requesting to book all the way through till we checked out. This little condo is in a perfect quiet neighbor hood and only a short walk to downtown Kingsport. This was the perfect place to stay and would absolutely come back and stay here again.

This cozy little duplex was nicely decorated with the kind of furnishings that gave it character yet comfort. It had everything you needed unless a dishwasher is a must. The bed in the main bedroom was a Tempur-pedic which we weren't crazy about, but maybe other people like. The owners were very considerate and helpful, and the property was in a great location. I would stay there again.

The house was perfect for our stay, we were less than ten minutes from family we were visiting. The rental it's self was in great condition, we had no issues with anything. If it's available the next time we visit we will definitely be staying again.

I would definitely stay here again. This charming older home was well-furnished and very comfortable. It's in a quiet, walkable neighborhood with a park across the street. Close to downtown Kingsport and a greenway. It wasn't an issue for me but the upstairs bathroom is a jack-and-jill style between the two bedrooms and the doors into the bedrooms don't close/latch completely, so use of that bathroom requires some coordination for the uber privacy-conscious. Shannon was great!

Prompt and pleasant response time. Short walking distance to various restaurants, breweries, and antique stores.

Great, stayed here for the Nascar race in Bristol and it was in a perfect spot 25 minutes from the track.

Place was very nice. Very clean and in a good area. Close to everything.

We were pleased with the home and our stay. The house was cozy. The only problems we had were it was a bit warm upstairs but it was extremely hot and humid during our stay and the upstairs bathroom door would not shut. When one door shut the other opened which was a problem because our daughter and her friends stayed in the other room. We also couldn’t find any trash bags. We tried to contact the owner and I’m not sure if the Vrbo app was down or if something was wrong on our end. Those were all minor things,

Stayed for 2 weeks, nice home and quiet neighborhood with a small park across from the home!! Close proximity to downtown Kingsport. Very relaxing place to stay and some long days!
