Hemlock Hide-A-Way Lakefront Cabin with Great Views!

Very peaceful location, great place to sit back and relax. Loved the firepit.

From the time we booked our reservation till the time we left everything went very smoothly, Julie the property owner has amazing communication, every time I messaged her she got back to me fairly quickly. The property is very peaceful and looks exactly like the pictures. Was able to relax. We would have fires at night and in the morning my son would go to clean out the ashes to put in the ash can and it would be done already and more firewood in its place for the next time. She is an amazing host. The cabin has everything you could possibly need. We truly enjoyed our stay.

The little cabin was so cute, well maintained and offered everything for cooking. The outdoor dining and grill area is perfect. Check in was as easy as driving in and parking. We arrived when it was very hot but all the windows opened to a wonderful lake breeze. There was good fishing right off the dock and plenty of lake to explore with the kayaks. Not too far into town we found a public beach for swimming, a place to rent a boat and a bar with tasty walleye and ribs. As an added bonus there was BINGO.

There are so many words to describe our stay...clean,peaceful,relaxing to name a few.Fishing was great! The View is outstanding. Julie was great to meet very friendly & answered my questions promptly. Highly Recommended

My husband and I were really able to relax and unwind. So peaceful being right on the lake, we were surrounded by many sights and sounds of nature. Thank you for sharing your piece of heaven with us!

Although a tiny cabin, it was very well equipped. Movies to a can opener. Everything in between. Very generous supply of firewood. Wi-Fi wasn’t available but I am not complaining. Highly recommend going unplugged. Not much of any noise. Nature and an occasional passing boat, that’s trolling the water. Not much noise. Would definitely recommend and return.

We stayed at Hemlock Hideaway for our anniversary & the accomodations were great! The cabin was clean & well stocked with everything we needed & the views from the cabin were spectacular. We will be making this an annual stay with Julie at this beautiful property.
