Harbor View from Every Room & Balcony 2 min from beach

The sleeper sofa in living room is awful—so uncomfortable that my friend had to sleep on the couch. Also, no sheets were provided for it. The air conditioner in bedroom is too noisy to use. Otherwise, it was a fairly convenient and nice place to stay. But don’t book if you plan to use the sleeper sofa.

Location and view were great. Quality throughout.

Accommodations were perfect for our needs. We're frequent visitors to the area and really enjoyed being within easy walking distance to our local favs 18 Central & Nina June. Views of the outer harbor... all the way to Owls Head light are great. Look forward to return visits.

Long stays need to be aware that there is no TV, no laundry, no oven or grill.

I love the view from this condo and the owners are super nice and very responsive. I found it difficult to sleep there because it was very hot and there was initially only one small air conditioner in the bedroom which didn’t really work very well and kept coming on and off. The property is listed as being fully air-conditioned and when I complained about this, the owners were very responsive and purchased another. It was still quite warm. There is no dishwasher or washing machine which I missed. I also disliked the duvet as it was very hot and purchased my own blanket while there. There was no screen on the bedroom window which meant it couldn’t be opened and the deck door had no crosswind due to this. The condo was super clean and the owners left some nice treats for me which I appreciated.

The apartment was clean and had a new appearance. It had a nice view of the bay. It was in a quiet out of the way neighborhood with easy parking. There were several restaurants and an opera house within a quarter mile. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed it. We were looking for a quiet, comfortable place to stay while exploring the Maine coastline and attending the Lobster Festival. This unit fit the bill perfectly.

Loved the apartment and views. Walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. Would have liked to stay longer!

Absolutely prime location in Rockport Village. It feels like you are up in the trees yet with a view to the harbor. The bird song is incomparable. very comfortable bed, nice sized living area and bedroom. wonderful shower! But really, it's all about the location. You can easily walk to all the best Rockport has to offer.
