The house was perfect for our needs. The weather was great, we had a wonderful time.

The stay at the Pentwater lake side house was a great first family vacation for your young daughter (almost 2) and group of friends. The setting and layout of the house was perfect for our group with young children! The access to the beach and deck were amazing! This is such a great property to sit back and unwind without a care in the world. The town of Pentwater is great as well for small excursions. The Rose's were great to coordinate with and we would definitely book this property again!

We enjoyed this spacious home by Pentwater. The home was very clean, and had all the linens we needed. The location of the cottage was peaceful, and the front deck was our dinner spot everynight. There are many stairs to the beach, but the beach was wonderful. The home has all the dishes, beach chairs and beach toys you will need.

Had to travel further north than usual to find a good beach and this definitely had it. Plenty of room and love the balconies off each bedroom. Did not like the upstairs carpet. Lots of steps for an older person. Still give it a good rating.

The Garrison cottage was the perfect place for a week-long getaway for our group of friends. The house is quite spacious and has everything you need - from kitchen to outdoors. The deck is huge and the perfect spot to sit and enjoy the view of the lake while enjoying a glass of wine or a meal (or both). At night you can hear the waves - it is quite peaceful! Nature surrounds the property and deer are scattered about. The stairs to the beach are plenty but manageable. The beach is clean and a perfect spot for an afternoon in the sun or an evening bonfire. You are a quick 10-minute drive to downtown Pentwater. Highly recommend this location!!

Our family has vacationed in Pentwater for 4 generations. We always stay in the Garrison Park beach association. The Gunn cottage is a perfect place to enjoy such a beautiful part of Lake Michigan. Dave is a great host, and quick to answer any questions. Will definitely be back.

Beautiful setting in the woods with gorgeous view of Lake Michigan. Our family of 7 had lots of space to spread out and relax in different rooms and decks. A couple of small things we would have liked: more kitchen and hand towels and small appliances such as a blender; and a propane grill would have been nice. We would definitely like to come back!

Very nice fairly secluded property on a private beach. Plenty of beds in the 4 bedrooms along with a futon in the den. House had everything required and was very clean. Good communication from property manager leading up to the stay including additional pictures of the beach. Would definitely stay there again!

We were very happy with this home and location. We had three generations of our family, from toddlers and teens to grandparents. All enjoyed the stay, the view, the lake and the home very much.
