Stayed Jul 20, 2024Had an excellent time staying at Little Holt. House was beautiful and very clean with everything you could need. Loved the cream tea waiting for us on our arrival. Location was great for exploring Dawlish and the surrounding area. Owners were very responsive to iur questions, couldnt have asked for better hosts.

Stayed Jul 12, 2024This surpassed all expectations - even better than the photos, the property was super clean, homely and plenty of space for 4 adults and two children. The kitchen had everything you needed, super comfy beds and the garden was a sun trap throughout the day for al fresco dining! The best part was how central to town we were!! Easy to pop out for groceries, and just a minutes stroll from cafes, the beach front, crazy golf, ice cream shops, restaurants, bars etc. The owners were so accommodating and quick and easy communication. We will definitely be returning! Thank you for making us feel so welcome, we couldn't have asked for more.
