Frog Cottage

Frog Cottage was perfect. A peaceful and beautiful location and a comfortable, well-appointed home. The owner responded quickly to questions and was very accommodating. We will definitely look to stay there again when we are back in the Ithaca area!

The Frog Cottage was the perfect place for our family. It is so peaceful and charming. It was so clean and organized and Karen left the most special touches from the farm for us. My only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer.

Karen and Dave were excellent hosts. The house and surrounding area was quiet and remote enough that we were able to relax and enjoy nature. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. We hung out with the sheep and goats, chased fireflies, and finally found the elusive cardinals (we are from the West and have never seen them!) Frog Cottage did not disappoint... there is a frog pond, too! Their dog, Bear, is super sweet.The kitchen was well-appointed, great for cooking meals. Plenty of space for everyone.We highly recommend this property. Hope to visit again.

Frog Cottage is an absolute treasure. We were picking up our granddaughter from Cornell and only had the weekend. We would have loved to stayed longer. The house is a gem, located in the midst of farmland, yet a short drive from Ithaca with its shops and restaurants. The decor is charming and tasteful with beautiful antiques. It was immaculate, well stocked with bed and bath linens and kitchen items. Karen is a perfect host! She has added special touches such as fresh flowers and herbal teas from her farm. The sunporch was a favorite spot for morning coffee and evening drinks. We will definitely stay here again.

Frog Cottage is a comfortable place, close to Ithaca but truly “away from it all”. We enjoyed the quiet time and clear night skies. The house was clean and our hosts were very friendly. We had a great mini vacation. Thanks.

House smelled strongly of mold. The 3 of us barely slept and felt sick by the morning with sore throats, cough, congestion, headaches and chest tightness.

Everything was great! We enjoyed our stay! Karen was so welcoming and kind, she welcomed us with her amazing herbal tea and honey, also we loved the eggs she gifted us from her farm. Ot was a nice getaway to relax

We had a wonderful stay at Frog Cottage. The cottage is clean, beautiful decorated and more spacious than it looks online. We had plenty of rooms/privacy for 3 adults and kids. The cottage is on a working farm with a healthy ecosystem. My kids loved seeing all the animals including hummingbirds, bees, rabbits, chipmunks and snakes. I highly recommend this stay, but it would not be a good fit if you are squeamish about snakes as they like the front garden. Overall the cottage is charming. I would definitely stay here again.
