Stayed Mar 25, 2026Hands down the most well thought out rental we have stayed in. Everything you could need plus plenty of extras- like a fully equipped picnic basket! Our favorite part of the stay was drinking coffee fireside while watching deer meander through the forest.

Stayed Jul 3, 2025We returned to this remarkable property for the second time and enjoyed it just as much. The unique design and large windows make it bright and airy during the day, almost like a tree house, but yet cozy and accommodating at night.If you are a birder, you will love this place. We heard and saw many species, including scarlet tanagers, pileated woodpeckers, and great crested flycatchers. Binnoculars are provided if you don't bring your own.Both our visits were in the summer, but we are eager to return in the fall to make use of the fire pit.We appreciate our hosts' excellent communication and attention to detail.

Stayed Sep 19, 2024It's just secluded enough, but still close to lots of things. We hit Montaluce Vineyards for an excellent dinner, very much enjoyed the tour and spirits at Big Creek distillery, did some hiking, and even made it to the outlet mall in Dawsonville. Cheers!
