Stayed Jan 1, 1This house is truly stunning and the team ensured fantastic attention to detail including treats for our dogs. The property is gorgeous and spotlessly clean. The location was fab directly onto the water with sensational sunrises and sunsets. One recommendation we would give is to have the decking enclosed with a gate so that dogs/ children do not make a break for the water :)

Stayed Jan 1, 1Our second short stay with Norfolk Holiday Lodges this year and we are already looking to book next year for a longer stay. Both Lodges we stayed in were spotlessly clean, well fitted out and in a beautiful location. Our first stay was in River Retreat and we were so impressed with everything we managed to get an extra day stay. When we got home we booked another weekend this time with the Flag house and like River retreat it was spotless through out it had everything we could possibly want and an excellent view of the main river. I cannot praise this holiday firm enough. Tina was a great help and kept in touch to make sure all was well. Would give it 6 stars out of 5 if I could.
