(Fishing from dock) Boat Launch, Seafood Market & Bait-tackle shop next door....

We greatly enjoyed staying here. Super convenient to all things forgotten coast. Loved the dock area and bay views.

Picture of property is misleading. We stayed in yellow property 3 which is actually behind and a cars length from the highway. If your a light sleeper or a neatness freak this is not your place. Owners were nice.One issue was fixed promptly.

For a small cabin it was fine. It was a bit worn and pots and pans could be updated but we really enjoyed ourselves. Lots of good eats and beautiful drives. Bike friendly once you off main road. The view even from this back cabin was beautiful. Saw a lot of wildlife including dolphins. I didn’t realize the busy road was right behind it so I had to ALWAYS make sure dogs were leashed when out but Very happy they allow my two dogs There is no washer dryer or closet. It would be perfect for a 3-4 day stay. Host was great.

This is a nice little place to enjoy the view. Comfortable with all the essentials. Having fresh shrimp & fish 50' from the place was a bonus.

We enjoyed the cleanliness The cottage was clean and comfortable. Did not have blinds that fit the windows well.The road noise was annoying. and convenience. However the road noise was annoying

My wife and I really enjoyed our trip. Every morning we’d wake up to a beautiful view of the bay. We brought our senior dog Judy, who seemed to really enjoy herself as well. If you’re looking for a clean, affordable place to stay on the water, this is it! We brought our little boat. The ramp is literally next door which makes launching a breeze. Unfortunately we had to evacuate due to the storms. Throughout that process the host was great and communicated well.

Nice location, wish we were in a water front unit but understand those were not pet friendly. :-)

Owner sent us a message on the afternoon of our checkin to inform us that our check-in would be delayed from 4 PM to 5 PM. No explanation. No communication. We started messaging them about 4 o’clock suggesting that if whatever was happening got done sooner we were just down the street and we could go ahead and check in. No response. We finally we got a message from them at 5:30 saying that we could check in. That’s one and a half hour later than the advertised check in time. When we arrived at the house, the owners were frantically leaving with cleaning supplies in hand. They told us the previous renter trashed the place and that they had been cleaning this 600 sq. Ft. Building since 9:00 a.m.Once we got checked in, we realized that the house was not waterfront. It’s actually sits behind two other park models, and that was falsely advertised. The house was not clean. The towels were dirty. The floor was dirty. We found that out when we dropped the towel on the floor and to wipe something up and the white towel came back up brown. The sheets were thin and had tears in them. It was just not a good experience. Would not

The host was very helpful and communicative. The residence was darling, and very clean. We would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay and the location was very nice. It was adequate for cooking and the beds were comfortable.. it’s not fancy but very comfortable & had a beautiful view. We did have a problem with the toilet leaking around the base. I tried to contact the host and got no reply.

Nice clean property, close to St George Island and Apalachicola. Overlooks the water with a nature preserve nearby the dogs enjoyed walking in. No stairs so it’s suitable for disabled travelers. Bed space for 5 or 6 but I would have felt cramped with more than the 2 we had - one small bathroom and a small kitchen. Nice experience - I would stay here again.

Loved my stay. Everything was just as expected. Will definitely stay again.
