Stayed Jul 16, 2023There were insects all over the house and we were not told that the house had a broken air conditioning unit before we checked in. The weather was very humid because of all of the rain. On the second to last day of our stay, the repair men came to replace the air conditioning unit, so the last day that we were there, we were able to sleep without the windows open.

Stayed Nov 28, 2025The property was clean and well-appointed. We stayed the week after Thanksgiving during a snowstorm, so the windows were not open and there was essentially no traffic, making it very peaceful and quiet. We are debating returning in the summer, when we know the windows will be open and traffic will be non-stop on the highway at the front of the property.The kitchen faucet needs to be fixed or replaced.

Stayed Sep 18, 2024This was the perfect location and home for our first Door County visit! My husband and I went up with my parents and the house was picturesque, clean, cozy so close to the water, and excellent for two couples. We loved the screened in porch for our morning coffee and the fire pit in the back at night for cocktails dessert. Communication was so simple and Carol was very responsive to questions. Staying in Ephraim was the best decision. It was so easy to travel to neighboring areas and attractions and we loved that we could walk to nearby places like Anderson Dock and restaurants/drink spots. We fell in love and hope to return! Thanks for everything!

Stayed Jun 28, 2024Everything was great - we especially loved the porch and the location. Everything is updated and so nicely furnished. The only small issue was ants in the kitchen but we made sure we kept everything picked up and cleaned up. We would definitely like to stay again sometime.
