Downtown Franklin!Very Clean and Quiet/ Fenced yard/ Dog friendly! No Cats

Adorable, eclectic house. Big rooms and great location -quiet neighborhood. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the mattresses! Way too firm and I woke up with a stiff back and hips each morning. Other than that, I would recommend and I would stay there again (if we go again I’m bringing my 3” foam topper in the trunk).

the location couldn't have been better. Away from the craziness of downtown franklin but close enough to walk. Also, The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog and for sitting outside in the mornings and late afternoons. The only complaint was that the neighbors are very close and they are outside a lot playing music at a very loud volume. Not a deal breaker but it could get annoying. The property and house were great.

Just like the title says, very clean home and the fenced yard was so nice for our pup. It is close to downtown Franklin - maybe a 30 minute walk. We also walked to a coffee shop which was a 1/2 mile away. The house is also stocked with all your essentials which was nice! Enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!

Location was geat

Perfect for our stay. Extremely clean. No evidence that pets are allowed. Kitchen is well-stocked which is so helpful and welcoming snacks are provided. Bathrooms are stocked as well. Location is nice, convenient, very safe, and neighbors are friendly. The host was fabulous. Couldn’t have been better. Lovely fenced in back yard. Nice decor. One of our top VRBO experiences.

Loved your home in Franklin. Great two bedroom two bath with a nice big backyard. All fenced in. The bath toiletries were incredible. We would definitely look into returning to your home when we come back to Franklin. Happy new year!

This pet friendly property was perfect for our stay. It was conveniently located and comfortable. The home had everything we needed. The manager checked in a couple of times to make sure all was good.

We had a wonderful time in Franklin and Nashville! This was a great house for two couples. Loved the music room at the house!

Perfect home for our needs! My daughters were spending 2 weeks at Brownland for an horse show and this home was a great base. Beautiful walk into downtown - just about a mile. Loved the fenced backyard too!

Great location and clean house

Monisa’s place was perfect for our short weekend stay, and would be even better for a longer trip. The neighborhood is quiet but close to everything in downtown Franklin.

Franklin is a very friendly, clean city. The Stone Cottage was a very Relaxing, quite friendly neighborhood.. Totally enjoyed our stsy.

We had another great stay at this property! The house is incredibly clean and the beds are very comfortable. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Nashville/Franklin area. We traveled with our two young children and dogs, and we all loved this place!

We stayed at the Stone Cottage in Franklin, TN. The home and property were so nice. The owners left us all the amenities we needed - what a nice treat. The location is in a quiet and safe neighborhood convenient to Franklin’s finest and a short trip to Nashville! We definitely plan to come back!

This home is very clean, well maintained, and the two queen beds are very comfortable. We didn't use the pull-out sofa. Downtown Franklin is a short drive away, walkable in maybe 20 minutes. This is a quiet neighborhood, many beautiful homes in the area, and not a party place. We would definitely return!

This was a super cute and very clean little cottage. Location was great! We chose it because the description said comfortable memory foam beds. The bedroom my husband and I stayed in did NOT have a memory foam bed. The bed was not comfortable for me at all, but would probably be fine for some. I’m just super picky about beds. The house is old and it does have a musty smell. I was worried when we arrived because I’m super sensitive to stuff like that. I thought for sure I would end up stuffy, but no reactions at all. And they have an air filter running. So if it wasn’t for the bed, I would absolutely stay here again. One of the cleanest places we’ve stayed in and Monisa, the host, was super responsive. If you are not picky about beds, this is hands down one of the best places to stay!

This cottage is cute and in a convenient location. It is well equipped with kitchen supplies and laundry.

We loved our stay at the beautiful stone cottage in Franklin. Peaceful neighborhood. Great home, clean and well kept. The host was easy to communicate with and we had a very enjoyable long weekend. We truly recommend this home to anybody who is staying in the general Nashville area.

This was my 6th stay at stone cottage. This home is wonderful...everything you need and more! Great location. Very safe neighborhood. The fenced backyard is fantastic! I always enjoy having coffee and relaxing in the backyard. Monisa is an amazing host! Excellent communication and always available if you need to ask a question. Thank you for a fantastic stay!! A family enjoyed three days at this cozy comfortable home

This house worked well for us, a group of four mature adults in town for a concert in Nashville. The host was very pleasant and responsive. Neighborhood was fine and the neighbors seemed friendly. The backyard was spacious and reasonably private. A little tidying up around the outside of the house and the yard would be a good thing but nothing too objectionable. If we were to stay in Franklin again we would probably try to be within walking distance of downtown. This place was probably walkable, but it would have been a long walk and there was also a fair amount of road construction going on. All in all we had a positive experience. Thank you.

Beautiful house in quiet neighborhood! We had to make an emergency trip to Franklin and we were lucky to find such a great place to stay in a perfect location.We will definitely stay here again! I would definitely recommend staying here!
