Our family had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful, well equipped, cozy home

Beautiful historic home steps away from downtown Charlevoix. The home was clean, comfortable, with anything we would need for a stay longer than our 2 days.I will definitely recommend this home for friends wanting a get away. Close to Boyne Mountain, several state parks, walking trails.

The cottage was beautifully maintained. Beds are comfortable. Provided shampoo, etc. of very good quality. Living room could be more comfortable.

Only issue was the Internet. Wi fi kept going in and out. Other than that, great location. Nice place

Oleson’s grocery was in walking distance. The location of this cottage is perfect. Loved everything about it!

Super clean and super cute with a fabulous location! Shawn was very nice, as well. The only issue we had was the scary & difficult to maneuver stairway that led to the two upstairs bedrooms. We didn’t pick up on this fact when booking, otherwise we wouldn’t have chosen this location. (One person in our party uses a cane.)

This well appointed apartment is extremely well located. It was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The owner was quickly responsive to questions. We attended a family wedding at Castle Farms this conveniently located to all of the festivities of the weekend. The covered porch in the gorgeous gardens is the star of this place I would absolutely stay again!!

We enjoyed the great vomfortable beds and great property. We didnt realize there were steep steps, which were difficult for one of us.

This say this place was a dream home would be a total understatement. Shawn has done so a wonderful job preserving the rustic feel of the home, while equipping it to meet today’s needs. The home was very comfortable, amazing proximity to all the shops, and it had everything we needed, down to the last utensil. The walking distance to Lake Michigan was an added perk too! Just overall such a pleasant stay and if I could rank it higher than 5 stars I would. Shawn was such an amazing host. Easy to get ahold of, constantly tending to the gardens and ensuring we had everything we needed. I highly recommend any of his locations!!

Location is great, right in the heart of downtown! And it’s a very cute and quaint place. Decorated very nicely with modern upgrades and amenities. The stairs are a little steep/narrow for the elderly/babies. Main bedroom is spacious, and all the beds and bedding are luxurious!We will definitely be back!

This charming cottage is in a fantastic location in downtown Charlevoix. The owners have taken great care with all the details. Everything was beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. The beds were more comfortable than most beds we've slept in on vacation. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had.

Great location, easy to rent, well stocked, comfy king bed, good parking. Will definitely try to book here again. Our only suggestion is to swap in some more comfy chairs in the main living TV area.

Overall great. Some recommendations. Tilt mirror in upstairs bathroom (Can't see face in mirror), add glass shower door (shower curtain too long) extend wall in kitchen to add dishwasher (dishwasher would be nice to sanitize dishes). Would be nice to have laundry machines somewhere on the property. Very nice decorations and amazing flowers. Porch was great
