Dog-friendly waterfront cottage with private dock, community beach, grill, W/D

This cottage is so country, quiet and cozy. The homeowners are close by and very friendly. I stayed for bike week and when rain was abroad they even offered shelter for the bikes! House was very clean and feels like home.

Beautiful home, lovely view, clean, convenient location, owners are very friendly. We very much enjoyed our stay here and the dock was extremely convenient for our boat rental. The landscaping was beautiful and well maintained and our dog loved playing in the nice grass. Would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay in Moultonborough NH! House was clean with great access to the lake which our dog and 1.5 year old were big fans of! Lots to do in the area and the host was very friendly, offering great recommendations!

We had a wonderful weekend with our kiddos. This property is perfection and the most wonderful hosts. We will def be back next summer.

We were so fortunate to find this wonderful cottage, that also accepted pets. The beach was the perfect element for my little niece and elderly pup. Everyone could ease in, without the full dock plunge! The cottage is wonderfully cheery and bright and exceptionally clean! When there are just two people, and you don't need 12 beds for a week on the waterfront of Winni, this is what you're looking for! It was extra lovely to have air conditioning when necessary, and the gas grill was clean and easy to use. Sandy and Scott were charming and warm hosts who welcomed us, cracked great jokes, and also allowed us to have privacy. We hope to come again!!

Lovely little cottage right on the lake with fantastic views. The host was lovely and the small private beach was wonderful. I will be back!

Had a great time and great weather. Our great grandson enjoyed the lake and kept our dog busy with retrieving her water toys. Very quiet area, great for some much needed R&R. We will return next year!! Thank you to the Burns for sharing your little piece of heaven!

Great relaxing stay thank you!

We were right on the lake with a sandy beach and a dock to tie our boat up at. The boat launch was in Center Harbor, but a two-hour sail brought us to the property. There was also a paddle boat, a paddle board and a kayak. The house was clean and comfortable. It comfortably slept four, plus a convertible sofa in the living room would have slept two more. Lovely! Owners who lived next door were very accommodating.

I especially appreciated the location of the house on the lake which permitted easy launching of a 14 ft. sailboat and 2 kayaks into the lake from the property. Also, the property was located on one of the inlets to Winnipesaukee that had a smaller quiet section to the north, with conservation land on one side that was good for kayaking; and a larger section that connects with the main part of the lake, towards the south that was good for sailing.
