Designer Owned Suite in Historic Hollywood District

We enjoyed our great stay in the suite. The interior decor and outdoor beauty of the place were no doubt some of the best we have seen - upscale and creative. The hosts communicated well in advance of our check-in and instructions were clear. They even popped in to check up on us after we arrived. What could have made it even better: A working ceiling light. The host advised us that they have to call an electrician but did not say when. It didn't get fixed during our 7-night stay and we did not hear about it again. There were other lights in the unit, but the lack of the main ceiling light in the sleep/work area was a bit frustrating. We requested Kleenex when the host popped by but never got it. Finally, there were ants in the unit. To be fair, we did not report this during our stay, but we didn't think there was an easy solution. The place was not dirty so we just learned to get along with our cohabitants. Since the suite is next to a beautiful garden, perhaps it's the time of the year. Despite these suggestions, we had a good stay. Little touches were nice, such as complimentary welcome drinks and snacks in a very nice fridge. The kettle was elegant and the espresso machine was a welcome feature. We also loved the walking proximity to Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and the Max line. The decor in the entire place - sleep/work area, kitchenette, bathroom, outdoor space - were second to none.

We stayed at this property while attending a film festival in Portland's Hollywood district. The entire process was stress free- the hosts are super quick to respond to questions. The ADU is sleek, stylish, and modern and was spotless. Super comfy, all mod cons provided! Also has access to a lovely patio with a fountain. Very quiet and serene, but walk a few blocks and you have a choice of some awesome bars and restaurants.Whole Foods is also just a few blocks away. This is a great place to chill. It was very quiet and beautiful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We were pleasantly surprised with not only the beautiful cottage but also all of the details to make our stay comfortable and easy. From the delicious chocolate chip cookies that welcomed us but the well stocked kitchen and bathroom.

The architecture, the design, the colors, and the comfort of this location were absolutely tremendous. Clean and bright. Small but comfortable. Outstanding small touches (carmels and water/drinks) were delightful. Beautiful outdoor patio. I loved it. Close (walkable) to great coffee shops and grocery stores. I had a lovely time.

Looks like the pictures, super cozy and comfortable . We loved that there were complimentary snacks and beverages along with a cleaning crew so we didn't have to adult and could pretend to be teenagers (luxury!!). The neighborhood is lovely and easy to navigate. Definitely recommended!

Great modern tiny house. Excellent patio area, perfect for a single or couple.

The hosts put much love and effort to make the property unique and inviting. Nice decor, wonderful patio with water fountain, It is small, and the working and kitchen amenities are minimal. The window coverings let light in, but just put a pillow over your head. It works out beautifully. The hosts are personable and eager to make your stay comfortable.

Loved the landscaping and that lovely bathroom in this tiny home style property.
