This adorable one bedroom cottage is centrally located in Santa Cruz, one block from Santa Maria beach - a vast sandy stretch of beach for sunset strolls and beach play. The cottage is within walking distance of Starbucks, an amazing italian deli, Sunday Farmer's Market, two taquerias and a great italian restaurant.
The cottage is behind our main home and has a charming, small yard and side entrance. We offer a Cal King Bed, Queen Sofa Sleeper and full kitchen.

Stayed Oct 4, 2025Beautiful 1 Bedroom cottage behind owners main residence. Private entrance, plenty of amenities such as kitchen equipment ie: coffee, blender,microvave etc... Beautifully arranged as in furniture and access to blankets, towels, pillows. Actually more than enough for the two of us. Overall so very comfortable and cozy. We will be back for sure. The hosts were very gracious and welcoming and checked in with us to ensure we had all we needed.

Stayed Aug 29, 2025The East Cliff Beach Cottage was absolutely perfect for our 3 night stay in Santa Cruz. Easy check-in, clean, comfortable and well appointed. A for bathroom amenities- super soft towels and high quality supplies (soap, shampoo, etc.). It’s private, secure, and spacious feeling for a condensed footprint. We will happily return!
