Dennisport : Dog Friendly with a fenced in large yard. 1/2 mile from beach.

This home is simple, warm and cozy—just right for an early spring, 70th birthday celebration! There was easy access to a beach close by, and close distance to Hyannis and all the spots we love to frequent on Cape Cod. The owner was accessible, easy to communicate with and very friendly. This will now be our “go to” place to stay on the Cape, and we look forward to returning!!!

The house was extremely clean, well equipped, and had an absolutely great location(super quiet)! Literally 3 to 5 minutes drive for anything you could possibly need. Thanks again for letting me stay!

Wonderful Cape Cod cottage with a newer large sunroom showcasing the large fenced in yard. Close to a variety of restaurants and many beaches. We wanted a quick getaway with our dogs and it met and exceeded our expectations! Chris the owner was very communicative too.

Chris' cottage is our go to when visiting Cape Cod. This was our 3rd stay. With the new sunroom and great outdoor patio it is even better than the first 2 stays. Chris is welcoming and accommodating.

Chris was an excellent host and the house was amazing. It's only a quick 1/2 mile walk to the beach. We highly recommend renting from Chris you'll have an amazing time!

New gas fire pit. Beautiful sunroom. Central air. The yard and flowers are lovely. Second time there and already booked a third. Owner is easy to communicate with. The yard is fenced in and our dogs love it there as do we!!!

Fenced in yard was perfect and close walk to both beach and restaurants.

Chris is a great host. The check-in and check-out was super easy and the house is clean and easy to use. We wished that the closets had been empty for our use, but there are enough hooks and things to hang clothes on that it was a minor issue. The location near Dennisport is very convenient to both Dennis and Harwich though a little tricky to get to depending on how you're approaching. Overall, a great stay and like I said, totally met our needs for 2025.

This was our third year staying at this location. We love the new addition to the property We love the closeness to some of our favorite cape cod locations. Chris is wonderful to work with and is a great communicator. Thanks Chris !

Loved the location of this home centrally located on the Cape. There are some shops nearby that are within easy walking distance. Our dog loved the side yard would stay here again.

Dogs were as thrilled with the house and yard and area as we were. (Ocean! Bunnies! Dog supply store in easy walking distance!) We were also able to go to nearby restaurants with our dogs, dining outside. Highly recommend.

The house was spotless and had everything we needed. Very well organized and stocked with loads of pots and pans and anything else you might want. Also, host is very nice.

We had a better than expected stay. Super cute, comfortable house in a great location, walking distance to the beach. Great yard for the dogs. Wish we stayed longer!

Cozy little Cape in a quiet neighborhood a 15 min walk from the beach. There’s not a ton of shops or restaurants in the nearby town but we enjoyed it as a home base for exploring the area

Beautiful Cape home with a new bathroom and awesome sun room. Pretty fenced in yard for our dogs. Immaculate inside. Close to the beach and activities. I have already rented again for next year. I would only change two things. The cameras on the property and the Queen mattress. Owner shuts the cameras off when you arrive but awkward knowing you could be on Big Brother. We are respectful renters so just ignored them .Had A beautiful vacation and love the property!!!

This is the second year we stayed here and we love it. Such a cute place on a lovely (and quiet) residential street. The addition of the sun room is absolutely brilliant… we spent almost all of our time out there. Just really cozy and fun!

My dog (Bosco) and I had a great week. The cottage is very nice and the fenced in yard wonderful!
