A beautiful location, a very private and tranquil setting. We enjoyed walking down the hill to the town from here, really handy. Great hosts, very friendly and helpful. The steps down to the property are steep but that's made clear in the details.

We loved staying in this wooden cabin overlooking the river Dart. Stunning views and surrounded by beautiful nature, it is only a 5 minutes walk into Totnes centre if you can walk down the hill to get to the path below. The path also takes you on a stunningly beautiful walk to the Sharpham Estate. The cabin is lovely and has all necessary amenities (the fridge is only camping size but I believe it will be changed for a larger one soon) and there is a bbq/dining area outdoor which is covered by a canopy and therefore can be used even when it rains. We fell in love with this property and its position, ideal if you don't have a car and don't have mobility problems. We'll definitely be back!
