Courtyard Cottage is a delightful stone cottage overlooking Dartmouth’s championship golf course, within a short drive of historic Dartmouth. The property sleeps up to eight people in four bedrooms (three en suite), and also benefits from a family bathroom. In addition, there is a modern kitchen and open plan living / dining area with a wood burning stove. Outside is a private terrace and parking for one car, whilst the tennis court, swimming pool and other leisure facilities provided by the club are within a short walk – all of which are complimentary for guests. Courtyard Cottage is in an ideal location for sports enthusiasts and energetic families alike.

Amenities: Neff appliances including fan assisted single oven with additional oven/grill, stainless steel cooker hood, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and built - in microwave/ grill. There is also a four - ring ceramic hob and Nespresso coffee machine. · Separate utility room with washer/dryer and drinks fridge. Sony TV with Sky Q Ultra HD package (Sky Sports and Movies), Bose Bluetooth soundbar.
Wood burning stove (logs provided). Private terrace area with 7 seater garden furniture, small bistro table with 3 chairs, and charcoal BBQ. There is also a small bistro table with 2 chairs on the balcony deck. Baby friendly: travel cot, highchair, buggy and stairgate available. Bed linen, bath towels and tea towels are provided. Guests will require beach towels. Allocated parking for one car, with additional parking in the main car park. Both are situated a few minutes walk from the property which is uphill via steps or ramp. Portable trolley to help with luggage transfer to/from the parking area. Strictly No Smoking

Located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and close to the coast, Dartmouth is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Devon. It offers a stunning waterfront, ancient narrow streets lined with boutique shops, restaurants and art galleries plus many local events such as the annual Dart Music Festival and the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta. There are many interesting cycling and walking routes around Dartmouth, including the South West Coast Path, the Dart Valley Trail and plenty of quiet country lanes. A trip on the Dartmouth Steam Railway through picturesque countryside to Paignton is a must, and so is a boat trip across to Kingswear and on to Brixham, a pretty little harbour town. For those seeking some beach activities, there is a wide choice in the South Hams area such as Blackpool Sands and Slapton Sands, both extremely popular sandy beaches are a stone's throw from Dartmouth.
