Stayed May 13, 2024The house was exactly as described. We were notified of the construction next door but it was never a problem. We never heard the workers. We would stay there again. One suggestion is provide coasters for glasses to protect the furniture.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969It was a perfect place for a quick visit. Only issue we had was the bbq had no propane and we didn’t notice until after we had a great visit at the spearfish butcher. Luckily we had a bbq in our storage unit that we ran over and brought back to the house. We reached out to the owner and they got back to us. Told them we had it covered for now and not worry about it. Place was extremely clean and had everything else we needed. We will return in the future!!!

Stayed Dec 22, 2023Clean, beautiful space. The only difficulty was getting snowed in with the alley parking. But, the property manager was incredibly responsive in helping us out.

Stayed Oct 8, 2023My friend and I come to Spearfish to ride the gravel roads. We want something relatively spacious and close to town. This place fits the bill! It is next door to a great coffee shop, and an easy walk to the business district. The kitchen is spacious, the bedrooms are comfy (very good linens and lots of pillows), and the extra room is perfect for storing our bikes. The only knock is the terrible tile job in the bathroom floor. The contractor should be fired! But no big deal.

Stayed Aug 23, 2023The house was great and in a great location. We had some issues with the air conditioning in the 2nd bedroom. We were able to get it figured out, but the 1st night was rough for our guests to sleep. The house itself was awesome.
