Overall, this is an absolutely wonderful property! The only negatives we can give are the bathroom door (doesn't slide smoothly, but once you figure it out, it's manageable) and the shower (dark and a bit small). It was perfect for the two of us and we loved the location! Very close to several trail heads. Thank you for an amazing stay!

We enjoyed the fire pit and the view. We had two elk visitors out the window. The walk to bridal veil falls was great.

Great views over the valley although a little noise from the highway below. House was well supplied and cozy. Clean and tidy. Recommended as a good getaway.

Everything in our cottage was perfect. The location is beautiful with views of the mountains. The cottage was clean and check in/out instructions were clear on the app and in my email. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The bedroom and pull out couch were perfect for my 2 kids and me. We enjoyed our stay and would come back if we stayed in High Rolls again.

This mountainside home was charming, comfortable, and in the perfect location. The views were stunning and peaceful. The host was mindful enough to alert us the weather as we traveled to this mountaintop home. Very grateful.

This place was perfect for our visit to White Sands. High in the mountains with a great view and easy access to hiking trails. The place was spotless with all the amenities including firewood for a campfire!

Listing is accurate. Best parts: location, views, windows, and usable outside space. Open flame heaters were responsive and provided warmth. Kitchen well stocked for cooking. We were able to go to Cloudcroft to explore, but not stay at the higher altitude all the time.Downsides: bathroom was cramped, especially the shower; figuring out the heating for day and night. The wood stove looked great and plenty of wood was provided, so we were disappointed it wasn't cold enough and we were too tired to use it.
