Had an amazing quiet get away!

Beautiful home right by the creek. It feels fairly secluded with the lush forest surrounding the property. You can hear the sound of the creek from everywhere. It helped me fall asleep.

We stayed at this property for a few nights for our anniversary and absolutely loved it! The backyard is everything you need and want. The sound of rushing river water as you sit around a fire does something to your soul. Great communication with the hosts. We were able to check in early which was a bonus we definitely appreciated. We will be returning for sure.

Visited from the valley and it really felt like a getaway. In the woods, well laid out: on river, fire pit, string lights, fireplace inside. Cabin in the woods vibe. Host was very accommodative.

It was better than what we expected. Absolutely beautiful property perfect for small family, serene, relaxing, and close to town.

We were allowed by our host to arrive early if we wanted- a bonus! We were greeted by a beautiful tree and flower lined lane to get to the house. The only glitch was the code did not work on the lock box, but a quick phone call to our host rectified the situation quickly.The house is nicely updated with beautiful marble and wood laminate floors. There is one main bedroom with a lifted king size bed. There is a day bed, and a double bed to the back of the house in a converted deck area; perfect if you have kids, or extra people because it gives you a little more privacy, unlike a hotel!There is a nice sized yard, gazebo and fire pit area right along the creek. As well as, two chairs right along the fence line to sit on as you gaze at the rushing water. There are stairs leading down to your own private rocky beach! The surrounding space is beautiful and quiet, even though there are houses on either side . We took advantage of the neighbourhood and went for an evening walk. Thank you, it was just what we wanted to celebrate our 25th Anniversary.

it was a truly delightful experience. The cleanliness and organization of the place were impressive, making me feel right at home. The bedrooms were incredibly comfortable, perfect for a restful night's sleep. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything I needed, adding to the cozy atmosphere.The cottage itself felt like a piece of heaven—so quiet and relaxing. It’s the perfect getaway for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle. I highly recommend this charming retreat!
