Stayed Jul 22, 2023Our family had a wonderful week at this lovely, spacious cottage. The kitchen was beautiful and well-stocked. The kids really enjoyed the games room in the basement and the beach was great. Really appreciated all of the beach toys and gear. We hope to stay again.

Stayed Aug 16, 2025Our family very much enjoyed our recent week in this lovely cottage - 4 adults and 3 children ages 4 to 8. The home is very spacious, bedrooms all a very good size, two bathrooms and washer/dryer all great for our family, kitchen and dining area large, bright and well equipped. The outside play equipment was very well used by our grandkids and the downstairs Games Room was a huge hit for kids and adults alike! Also very much enjoyed the wide selection of board games and puzzles provided. There was a fire ban when we were there so didn’t get to use the fire pit unfortunately. The beach was a short 3 or so minute walk away. Beach itself very wide and sandy (great for long walks and the kids playing) but water shoes definitely needed in the water. Very shallow even out quite a ways - kids enjoyed it but tricky for actual swimming. Cottage was very close to lots of activities from tennis, golf, hiking, shopping in either Midland or Penetanguishene - even close to the Elmvale Zoo. All in all, a great, bright, spacious, clean, very comfortable and well equipped cottage for us all to enjoy! Many thanks to Max and Irina who were very responsive to any questions we had.

Stayed Aug 26, 2023The six of us had a great time, especially our 2 and 6 year old grandkids. Lots to do inside and outside the house, and a beautiful, quiet beach is only a short walk away. Do be sure to watch the kids carefully on the trail to the beach as there is a lot of poison ivy beside the trail.

Stayed Dec 26, 2022Spacious, clean and beautifully decorated property. Hosts were responsive and wonderful to deal with. Georgian Bay was only a hop, skip and jump away. Our vacation was in the winter, I imagine the summer months would be even better.

Stayed Oct 1, 2022This was the best spot to reconnect with my cousins and celebrate the life of my mum, who recently passed. It was relaxing and homey with all the amenities needed for a great stay. We walked the path to the beach and enjoying a peaceful sunset. We are looking forward to doing it again next year. Great hosts saved me as I had left my suitcase on the front deck. Max picked it up and kept it safe until I returned for it. We will consider coming back next year.

Stayed Sep 10, 2022I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful cottage last weekend and I absolutely fell in love ? You can tell that the hosts really put in the work to make sure that the cottage has everything a person could need during their stay. The cottage itself was super spacious, clean and had a pretty, modern design. I was especially impressed by how spacious and functional the kitchen was. Outside there’s an adorable fire-pit - perfect for making s’mores and hanging out. But my favourite part had to be the private beach that’s only a 3 min walk from the house - went for a night stroll and fell in love with the cool breeze and serene view. Went swimming during the day and fell in love with the crystal clear water. Happy I didn’t forget my water shoes though! ? It’s a bit rocky, but not an issue at all if you have water shoes on ? Overall super impressed by this gem of a cottage and beyond happy with my stay?
