Stayed Oct 24, 2025Beautiful home. The cottage had everything we needed for a comfy stay. Beautiful view of the sunset sitting outside on the deck. The driveway is more for trucks. I parked my car at the top and it worked out fine.

Stayed Jan 18, 2025Great property. Our only opinion is the basement is a little cool and damp. Location is good drive away from Blowing Rock. Owners are excellent. Rustic and charming.Elevation is roughly 3,400 feet according to topographic maps, but I could be a bit off.Enjoyed the stay.

The cabin is spacious, with plenty of rooms to comfortably accommodate our group, and every corner is thoughtfully designed for relaxation and enjoyment.One of our favorite moments was having coffee on the deck each morning, taking in the breathtaking mountain views. It was the perfect way to start the day and truly made us feel connected to nature.The location is unbeatable—just minutes from Blowing Rock and Boone, with Grandfather Mountain State Park steps away. We also loved visiting the Tweetsie Railroad, which was a fun and memorable experience. Plus, there are countless great restaurants nearby, offering a variety of options for dining out.The cabin itself is clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s the perfect place for anyone looking to relax, explore, and create lasting memories. We can’t wait to return!
