This lovely annexe is in the village of Woodleigh near to Salcombe in Devon and can sleep two people in one bedroom.

Cloverwell is a lovely little cottage annexe situated just outside the village of Woodleigh near to the towns of Salcombe and Kingsbridge in Devon. The cottage can sleep 2 people in a double bedroom as well as a familyshower room. The rest of the cottage is made up of an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining and sitting area. To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for 1 car and a lawned garden to the rear with furniture and a BBQ. Cloverwell is perfect for couples looking to explore Devon with their furry friend. Note: There is a pet supplement of 25 GBP, please contact the office to pay this fee.

    The description and photographs gave a good insight to this property but it got a 'wow' when we got there! Ideally situated with Avon Valley Wood a step away and plenty to see and do a short drive in either direction. We enjoyed a peaceful week in this bright and clean property and although we had all we wanted including a delightful basket of goodies the bed was a little snug. Parking was very convenient just beyond the secure garden laid to grass and our dog enjoyed her own very useful welcome pack.
