This cozy 3BR/1BA home is located on a quiet dead-end street, just 0.6 miles to Sea St. Beach and walking distance to mini golf, lobster rolls, pizza, and ice cream. Enjoy the screened porch, deck, and outdoor shower. Approx. 768 sq. ft.

Saturday changeover. One dog allowed with permission (must be crated when alone). Additional fees may apply.

If you do not receive the email please contact Foran Realty immediately. Please note our cancellation policy spelled out in the lease. the house had a very bad smell of mold / mildew throughout entire house, bedrooms had the strongest smell. hole in roof on back side of house, cabinets were not cleaned found mouse droppings in pans, dried food on plates and silverware. bath tube constantly dripped; tightened handle as tight as we could but still dripped.

The cabin is charming in a way that a grandmother's home might be. It is a little outdated, but we did not mind at all. The outdoor shower is awesome. We walked to and from the beach each day and to several local restaurants. The location is perfect for easily reaching any part of the cape in a day. Not far from the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Lots to do and this was a great home base! Thanks for sharing it with us.

It was a great area, close to a lot of fun things and food. Only thing was the beach was more than what would be considered walking distance, and it was a pretty small beach. And my mom wasn’t happy about no air conditioning but it wasn’t terribly hot and the fans did the job just fine. I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity strikes. It was a cozy little place and the neighbors were nice and quiet….

Great location house needs upgrading one bed fell through the floor most of the floor felt spongy. found a pill on the floor under the couch in the living room need a good cleaning animal hair everywhere no ac but lots of fans this was my first time in a place like this not what I expected all house around looked newer more updated

The cottage was nice but very hot and I believe only one fan really worked out of the four . The walk to the beach with chairs, blankets etc. was a bit much especially on a hot day. I guess I would say I would consider renting again but if there was a place closer to, the beach I would consider that.
