❤Charming Guesthouse downtown w/yard, deck, bikes & FIREPIT

Super cute property. Loved that it was walking distance to local restaurants and antique shops. Lovely outdoor areas. Didn’t get to use the bikes. Maybe next time. Great stay - safe and quiet.

Clean. Comfortable bed and sheets. Well stocked with kitchen items, snacks, water, and whatever you might need to use to cook with. Private parking! Ideal location! Great price!

Quiet, easy access, close to everything and safe

We had a bit of problem with the pocket door to the bathroom it kept getting stuck and the hot water was warm wasn’t working good..

This was a perfect location for our stay in Kerrville for the TriFest. Close to downtown and the race finish location. We will definitely stay here again.

I was in town for training at Schreiner’s University and this guest house was perfect! Pristine, quiet, close to the university and restaurants- a perfect 10! Robin was always quick to respond to my messages.

A very comfortable, clean everything you need!

My hubby and I stayed here for one night to celebrate our 23rd wedding anniversary and my retirement from teaching/school librarian)! This was the perfect place to stay at because: it was reasonably priced, it was located right in the heart of downtown Kerrville close to everything, & it had all of the amenities that you would need like a small kitchen, coffee maker, microwave, iron, and so much more! We had 2 main things on our bucket list that we wanted to do during our one-night stay here: shop at the Golden Antler Boutique (me) and eat at the 1011 Restaurant (us)…and both were easily accomplished because of the location of this guesthouse that we stayed at! When we arrived at this adorable place, we were “greeted” with complimentary snacks on the kitchen’s island and bottled waters in the refrigerator. Thanks for making our celebration and stay in Kerrville a comfortable and memorable experience, Robin!

This was such a cute and tidy house! We enjoyed our stay so much, it was so comfy for my husband, me and our 4 month old. We all fit great! Would def stay again when in the area.
