Excellent, top-notch communication from the friendliest host. Well-appointed, sweet little dreamy cottage among the pines. Loved all the little touches. My only ding is those iconically rental property polyester sheets! Otherwise, I'll pack my own and definitely come back. Loved.

The hosts were WONDERFUL! Stephany was so very helpful! Never been to Idyllwild! Beautiful, peaceful and friendly!! The cleanliness was so appreciated. No bugs! Great! But, apparently, you have Jehovah’s Witnesses coming to the door. Early morning. Just showing up unannounced. We were still in pajamas and packing to leave. Just wanted you to be aware.

We had a delightful stay and everything was super comfortable and charming. I've stayed in Idyllwild several time and this was my favorite cottage rental to date.

A perfectly quaint and well-appointed cabin for our weekend of hiking and relaxing. We appreciated all the thoughtful touches, the fenced back yard, and the comfy bed.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely little cottage. There were nice little touches and holiday decorations inside that added to the cozy feeling. The area is quiet and the fenced in yard is great for our dogs.

The cottage was lovely and the furnishings were comfortable and attractive. The area is beautiful and we enjoyed our walks among the trees. We prepared our meals at the cottage and the kitchen is well appointed with a beautiful stove. The dishes are a charming pattern. It was a very relaxing stay at Fox Cottage.

My sister and I and our two dogs stayed here and had a really nice time. The home is very clean and nicely appointed. The neighborhood is quiet. We especially liked the large, fenced-in yard for our dogs. We would definitely recommend this place to others,

We stayed here a couple of days for our Anniversary. Very nicely decorated and quiet location. The king size bed was very firm and comfortable. It was nice having a fenced in side yard for our dogs. Kitchen was updated and well appointed.

We were in Idyllwild to pick up our child from the Arts Academy and wanted somewhere easy to stay with our other children and dog. The cottage was prefect for our needs. It’s a easy walk to the village and the fire pit was ideal for post dinner s’mores!

A lovely cottage. Well equipped with everything we needed. Loved the fenced backyard for our dog. Most of all, we loved the peace and quiet!

Cabin was spotless upon arrival. Everything seemed to be new. We were impressed with the space utilization. Two bedrooms/two bath in a small footprint but we never felt crowded. Full size shower and three TVs are added bonuses. Front patio was a good place to chill with our dog and enjoy a cocktail. Cafe Aroma just 1/2 mile away serves delicious dinners. I hope we’re able to return in the cooler months for a different experience.
