Buttercup Cottage is all on one level, so suitable for anyone who struggles with stairs. The cottage has a farm house feel with a little French chic thrown in. Open plan living with clearly designated areas. Comfy lounge area with Freeview TV, dining area with table & chairs, kitchen with all the mod-cons you would expect. King size bed with an additional TV, the large bathroom is next to the bedroom area. Large, sunny courtyard garden with seating. Parking for one car at the front of thecottage. Only a 10-15 minute walk into Rye centre and the train station. We will allow one small well behaved dog but it must NEVER by left unattended in the cottage.
