Epic scenery and hiking nearby! The cabin is absolutely perfect in everyway possible. Great communication with our hosts as well. Do not hesitate for a minute about booking this property, it is a perfect 10!

Great view from balcony. Clean and spacious. Can walk to small harbour and pub and breakfast kitchen down road. Property had great vibe.

This property was exceptional. Very clean and all appliances worked well. The pantry was stocked with common items, which when travelling didn't have to go without. The beds and other furniture were very comfortable. There was nothing missing The location was excellent, beautiful scenery. We enjoys our stay extremely.

The view is spectacular, and the unit is really nice and clean. Eagle flies by everyday. The only thing we don't like is that the pillow in the second bedroom is too soft with no support. Other than that, this is perfect.

Some extra blankets to sit outside and watch the water would be nice. Also, binoculars and a small fire pit to keep warm with the uninterrupted view of the ocean.

This is a beautiful cosy waterfront property. The unit is well-stocked with everything required to have a comfortable stay. The patio furniture is wonderful to sit out and have a coffee, read and take in all the sights. Our minor concerns were addressed rapidly with the hosts and their communication is excellent. Wonderful stay!

River Raven Retreat was beautiful. It was probably one of the cleanest places I’ve been to. The place was exactly like the pictures posted. I will definitely return when I’m back in Port Renfrew. It was well stocked and you really only need to bring your personal things. Absolutely a wonderful place

The place was amazing. Views are breathtaking to wake up each morning and watch the fog rolling through while drinking my morning coffee. The hardest part of my stay was I did have to go and buy laundry soap. It said it was supplied. Not at all a problem though. Everything was clean. Not spotless but still very clean.

Beautiful spot, with well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. It was exactly the getaway I needed.

Stunning views from balcony, kitchen, dining table and living room. Beautiful getaway along the rugged coast. Stayed in October. Advice to other non-summer guests, gas up before you come and bring groceries with you. Provisioning is sparse. But the Renfrew Pub served us well. Loved the fireplace!!

A spacious and comfortable property with a deck overlooking the bay - very relaxing and peaceful. The area is quite remote, but there are useful facilities like a gas station and small convenience shop- it’s probably best to stock up before you arrive. Great places to eat nearby like the Renfrew Pub . We had a fantastic stay - thank you .

Great place to stay. Beautiful hiking. Not many restaurants are open and the market is somewhat limited (particularly in terms of customer service!)

River Raven Retreat is a gem. Although it is not a large cottage, it feels spacious because the ceilings are so high, and because it is flooded with light. It is spotlessly clean, thoughtfully decorated and cozy, with a remarkably well-equipped kitchen. The beds are very comfortable, and each bedroom has a very large closet. The bathroom is very well set up. Best of all is the view, which is extraordinary; so breathtaking and special, in fact, that my sister and I had difficulty tearing ourselves away from the balcony to go out and enjoy Port Renfrew. Our dealings with the owners were very good. If you choose to stay here, you will be very glad you did. Most highly recommended!

The apartment has a fantastic outlook and was in a great location. The Renfrew pub was an excellent option but Haliwoods fish and chips is a must do. Fresh Halibut and wild salmon .. amazing .

This location was beautiful and had everything we needed! The only issue was, that it was obvious that the floors had not been cleaned, but that is more on the cleaning crew than the Vrbo owners. Thank you sharing your beautiful location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cottage in Port Renfrew. The water views from the cottage are stunning, really peaceful and relaxing. Leah and Rob were very communicative and helpful in their instructions. The place is very clean and well-equipped. Would recommend for any family looking for a getaway into nature to enjoy the serene, beautiful and tranquil landscapes of Vancouver Island. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful place. The view was spectacular, it was quiet, and the beds were amazing. Thanks to the hosts for being so gracious and responding to our every need! This is definitely a five star place to stay in a five star location!!

Place was beautiful and cozy with an amazing view. I loved the simple decor and the crystals and candles were a nice addition.

We very much enjoyed our stay at River Raven. The view was awesome. It had everything we needed. Discovered February is a very slow month in Port Renfrew.

Very nice place to stay. Great views. Kitchen well stocked. Clean.Would have given 5 stars except for one thing which is a very individual preference so quite subjective. We found the mattresses very hard. We like a firm mattress but both beds have very firm mattress’.

Very nice place, very comfortable, a quiet setting and from the outside deck there's a lovely view overlooking the water. Well stocked kitchen, the bathroom had all the basics provided. .

We loved the place and the view was beautiful. We did not have good weather however, so never got to enjoy the deck outside. We do have some issues with a few things at the cabin. The kitchen faucet was totally not secured down to the kitchen counter and would move all over the place. This was very disappointing considering the price we paid to stay here. There is also an issue with the gas burners on the stove. The flames on the front two burners flare up with yellow flames and get black smoke all over the pans and tea kettle. Also we could not lower the blinds in the living room when needed because they were stuck in the open position. Owners seem nice enough when called about the faucet but said it is hard to get workers out that far. It's a shame, but these issues would keep us from renting this place again.

Lovely property! Did not disappoint! A bit of a drive to get there but well worth it. Very clean, all amenities, beautiful balcony overlooking the water. Very peaceful!water
