We spent a fantastic two weeks in Martinique. The accommodation was wonderfully clean and tidy upon arrival. Our friendly host, Laurent, was most accommodating throughout our stay and always on hand if needed. The garden is superb with plenty of bird life. A tranquil location with a very short drive down the hill to the local market, supermarket, boulangerie, bars and restaurants in Le Diamant. The sketch of Le Diamant together with the guidebook of Martinique were thoughtful touches along with leaflets of places of interest. Excellent snorkelling nearby along with beautiful beaches. The views from the top of Mont Pelée in the north were definitely worth the hike. Do bring your walking boots! There are so many places to visit on the island they’re too numerous to list here. We were never bored. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in Martinique and felt very comfortable on the island. Rest assured, you’ll receive a warm welcome where nothing is too much trouble. This is such a wonderful, safe and peaceful place to stay. The garden is great and full of trees, flowers, herbs and wildlife and is very well kept by the owner. We had no complaints at all and the owner was very friendly and discrete, such a nice man! The local beach is fantastic and very worth a visit!!!!

What a relaxing place to stay. Not only did we find Le Diamant to be the best and most convenient town we came across in Martinique, but this house was so beautiful and relaxing to come back to. Awesome hosts who helped us out with anything we needed. Would definitely recommend

Marie was a very cordial host. We were visiting from the USA and don't speak french well. Marie and her husband helped us out and made us feel welcome. The room was clean and quiet. It is attached to the main house and offers some privacy, but is not absolutely secluded. The kitchen is very basic but is stocked enough to get by cooking simple meals. There is a very friendly dog that lives on the property named Marley that we loved. He was present, but never got in the way or bothered us. Overall, the accommodation was just as expected and we were very pleased. I would recommend others to stay here. Our favorite beaches were Grande Anse and Le Diamant. Also, a great place to eat was a restraunt named Mabouya where the food was excellent.

In this amazing ocean of green scattered with the pink and red of astonishing flowers of bougainvilliers and hibiscus you are welcomed by a perfect host: Marie! The room is perfect for a couple, the bathroom confortable, in front of your house, a terrace with kitchen out in the nature offers you the possibiliy to live in the middle of this amazing nature and hear only the sounds of birds, insectes, and frogs. You have also a big table in the garden and a pool to refresh in the evening, when coming back from the beach. The beach is 5 min by car or 20 min walk which is nice too, you can admire the sea from above. We spent two amazing, restfull weeks. It's the perfect house and host to chose!
