Blue-and-White Cottage w/ Courtyard+Amenities Galore@Cinnamon Shore South

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was incredible and my kids loved going everywhere on the golf cart. I don’t know if this was just an off weekend but a few things. Also u attempted to speak with a supervisor multiple times but no one called me back. 1. 3 events that were advertised on the website and on the flyer they asked me to take a picture at check in just didn’t happen and no one l knew anything and seemed super disorganized. Myself and multiple families showed up for a paella dinner that was never going to occur despite my calling that morning to confirm the event along with it being advertised on website and on flyer at check in. When I called the guy said “I don’t think we’ve done that in months”. Then we could not get food anywhere because everywhere left had a 2 hour wait at that point. Kids pizza making at Dylan’s is signed up through the link and called multiple times also on the schedule didn’t happen. Mahjong I signed up but it was cancelled. That was totally understandable as you need enough people to play and I signed up last minute and the instructor contacted me immediately. 2. The main pool at south had murky water that left my kids and husbands with a rash. And splash pad broken. 3. Myself and at least 3 other guests had missing packages. I found out through investigating that the post office can’t find the houses so theySend to the local post office but don’t contact you. But I you can go pickIt up. When I finally did pick it up the post office said “yeah they used to come by daily to pick up the cinnamon shores packages but no one has been here in days”. It just would hsve been helpful if someone had explained rather than saying they wouldCall me back but never doing so. I will say that my kids have fun and I really want to like it but the disorganization was disappointing. I’m going to try one more time in hopes of improvement. Also please implement

Very well maintained ,very comfortable! impeccably clean, the best location! We love the outdoor hot water shower outside house! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with my family. We can’t wait to return.

We have a small, older hypoallergenic dog and the house and little turf lawn worked well for us. House is immaculate, comfortable and well equipped. Our kids especially loved the little hidden room under the stairs! Thanks for a nice week!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A Labor Day weekend success! We are a family of 4 with two boys ages 6 and 7. The house was a perfect fit with everything you could need. Even board games! The beach and pool were just a short golf cart ride away! We loved how clear the water was and clean the beach was. All the amenities from beach chairs to restaurants on property was a hit! I would highly recommend Dylan’s pizza and the coffee shop. Also, checking in and out was seamless! Only downside was the house didn’t come with beach toys so we bought some and left it behind. The house was beautiful and decorated so well. It was in a little corridor that had a turf lawn in front. Perfect for the kids to play on. We will definitely be back!
