The location of this circa 1925 cottage is amazing! Within a quarter mile of UVa's Scott Stadium and historic Lawn, yet on a quiet street. Bedrooms are spacious and ceilings are high. Comfortable beds with great linens, completely renovated bathroom, and fresh paint everywhere. Great outdoor dining space under cover. Completely outfitted kitchen with dishes, pots, pans, and glasses. If you choose to stay home and cook, you will have everything you need. Washer and dryer provided in basement.<

Stayed Jun 19, 2025We had a wonderful stay at Azalea Cottage in Charlottesville, VA while visiting our son. The home was exactly as advertised—immaculately clean, charming, and well-maintained. It's a cozy two-bedroom cottage with very comfortable beds and a nice backyard featuring a patio and grill, perfect for relaxing. The location was excellent, just south of the UVA campus, making it convenient for everything we needed. Check-in and checkout were seamless. We would definitely stay here again.
