AUG 1-15 OPEN, CUTE RETRO cabin, AC, Lake view, assoc. dock, pet friendly

We love visiting this area. We usually camp but needed more convenience as we were traveling with a newborn. This little place was perfect for our family.

The cabin itself has a little more space than I thought it would. It is very retro and rustic and reminds me of the cabin my family used to have. Unfortunately there was a big truck parked next door so we did not get to see the lakeview throughout the stay. The owners are fantastic in communication and provided us with towels and linens because I flew in and did not have those things.

We had a wonderful vacation at the cottage! It was a perfect location to Lake Michigan and into town. The cottage was clean and check in was easy. We will definitely stay again!

We enjoyed sitting out on the deck and walking to the dock. The cottage is quaint and well stocked to cook/grill. Tammy is a great host and communicates well. Thank you for sharing your home!

We absolutely loved this home. It was exactly as described, and was perfect for our family of four with two kids, 5 and 7. The central air conditioning was even better than I’d hoped for! The dock was great; we were able to have family members swing by and pick us up on the boat on their way to the dunes, which was awesome. Thank you so much for having us! We can’t wait to come back.

Perfect quiet neighborhood for our young family! Walking distance to whippy dip and Mac woods dune tours. Excellent street for biking riding and evening walks.

We LOVED this sweet place! We could sit on the patio deck and see the water Silver lake and also walk done just a few feet away to the dock. The neighborhood was quiet and the home is so conveniently located to everything Silver Lake has to offer. We went in a more off season time but during the summer I could see this being a place for small family or few friends to stay and enjoy the Cottage and play games inside and out and have a bonfire! Sit outside for dinner and easily bike or walk up the road for ice cream! Or even hop in the car and ride less than 5 minutes to Sable Lighthouse and enjoy the beach! We took our dog and she loved it all too! The Cottage is very clean and has comfy beds and chairs! The hosts ALWAYS responded if I had questions but had very few! We HIGHLY Recommend this wonderful place!

Beds were comfy, kitchen had all the necessities, host was very responsive - over all it we had a great time!

Tammy and her husband were great!! The cottage was lovely and very clean. The neighbors were awesome and very informative also. The only thing I can think of is that a clothes line and motions lights by the fire pit would have been nice. We would definitely stay there again.

We go on an annual family trip to silver lake. We meet up with about 20+ family members. We prefer a smaller rental for our family rather than sharing with multiple others. The cabin was perfect. Central air, stocked kitchen, nice beds, room to relax, bathroom was clean with a tub, and we could bring our dogs. Tammy and Sean were amazing hosts. Quick to respond and were very welcoming. We felt like we were at a family cabin not some cold time share. We look forward to coming again and again.

The cottage was quaint but sufficient for our needs. The beds were very comfortable & the entire place was very clean & tidy. We enjoyed sitting on the deck with the view of the lake. My favorite place, the lighthouse beach, was just a short distance away. Just a short walk away was Mac Woods dune rides & Whippy Dip. I would definitely rent this place again & recommend it to others.

So many memories made at this adorable cottage !! We can not thank Tammy enough ! Neighbors and neighborhood is awesome !!!
