Adorable Beach Box, Very short walk to the beach Access!

Close proximiy to grocery and retail stores. House was perfect for our short stay for the bluegrass festival.

The cottage is exactly as described and the pictures are accurate. The location is great and within easy walking distance to the beach.

We had such a wonderful week here! The house was in the perfect location—close to everything we needed and a very short walk from the beach. Everything was clean when we arrived, and you can tell the owners take great care of the property. It had all the amenities we needed, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot for our Outer Banks getaway. Highly recommend!

Wonderful location. Very quick access to the beach. Comes with several amenities such as beach chairs, sand toys for the kids, beach buggy etc. The home was clean and comfortable. Certainly a great spot for a family who will be visiting the beach often. It is also close to several grocery stores, restaurants, the wright brothers museum, gift shops, etc. We enjoyed our stay, and will certainly keep this home on our short list of places to consider staying at in OBX!

We had a wonderful trip. The location couldn't be better. Not only are you so close to the beach but Kill Devil Hills is pretty much in the middle of the Outer Banks. Lots of restuarants and easy trips North to Duck or South to Cape Hatteras. Jason, our Property Manager, always got right back to me and took his time to take career of us. THANK YOU!

The beach house was awesome, due to previous experiences anywhere else this by far has been the best experience. If you want a great beach house to rent this is it.

Great spot, easy check in/out, perfect little stroll to a beautiful beach, and nice to have beach chairs available.

Loved how close it was to the beach

We really enjoyed this house, the accommodations were perfect for a family of 5. The walk to the beach was very easy--we were close to the Wright Brothers' memorial and Jockey's Ridge. We were only 30 minutes from Roanoke Island and Duck. This is a really great base for exploring the Outer Banks and we would stay here again.

Fourth time at this beach box. Family enjoyed the holiday weekend in KDH. We will be back next fall. Thanks again!

Really great spot! Quiet street really close to beach access. Our family enjoyed the amenities - table tennis, cornhole - all the extra kid stuff that was already there. Great area to walk around and exercise. The porch was our favorite for catching a breeze. Cottage was perfect for our small family and very comfortable. Really glad there was a washer and dryer! Only suggestion is to add the safety outlet plugs for kids. We will be back! Loved it!

This cute little cottage was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 1 tween. It was very clean when we arrived and had all the necessities. Well maintained with little thoughtful details like power strips everywhere for easy access and charging options. The location is PERFECT with just a short walk down the street for beach access. We would definitely stay here again!!

This was the perfect house and location for our first time in The Outerbanks! We traveled from Syracuse, NY area and loved the easy walkable access to the beach, the property amenities and size. We also loved the proximity to lots of delicious restaurants, ice cream shops and so many other things to explore. We will be staying here for sure when we come back!!

This gem was perfect in every way! It had everything you could need and more available for a day at the beach. We enjoyed the quick access to the beach, the outdoor shower, outdoor games, covered porch and so much more! Everything was clean, and comfortable and check in and out was a breeze!
