Nice large house—good for groups.

There were many things we liked about the house. We were able to go fishing right outside the back yard.The house has plenty of furnishings, everything you would need.There was plenty of room for us to celebrate a 50th birthday. The memories we made there will be cherished.

The house is in a beautiful location. It is very clean, and has all that you need for a good time. The host responded very quickly and was very friendly. I will be recommending this place to my friends.

We went to celebrate NYE as a family and appreciated the holiday decor at the house to continue the holidays. Loved having the two main living spaces for family to hangout. House was clean and cared for. Kitchen was great for preparing meals and hanging out. Furniture and beds were comfortable. Would stay again.

The house was perfect for our family Thanksgiving, with plenty of bowls, serving dishes, etc.. for the 17 people in our family that met up there for dinner, and plenty of room for the 8 people that spent the night. We love that the house is very dog friendly too as my sister brought her dogs along. We had an issue with the heat the first day and Joe responded immediately and got someone out there to take care of it right away.

We had a wonderful stay. Property is spacious and clean. Views of the lake are beautiful. Owner was very quick to answer any questions we had. This was our second time staying here and we hope to stay here again in the future. Beautiful place!

Property was beautiful . the house is large and sits looking out over the lake just puts you in a relaxing mode. the view of the bridge is wonderful. We were all very happy to stay at this home. we had privacy and all the comforts we could ask for. we have stayed other places but consider this the best of all. Paul

House is very nice. Likes having out on back deck on adk chairs looking at the lake. Kitchen was nice well stocked for cooking. The dock was nice for kids to fish with kayaks and off dock.

We had a wonderful stay super clean inside the house and everything worked as it should the back yard has plenty of seating and room to look at the beautiful views of the water

The views and access to the lake were outstanding. The property was very clean, spacious, and accommodating for families (2 cribs and a changing table!). The space provided the perfect place for a gathering of three small families. We would definitely book again

We had a lovely time at this property. The location right on the lake was amazing, and our kids used the kayaks to go fishing constantly. It felt very private and secluded, which made it feel even more special. It was a bit far from where we were going (commuting to/from Middlebury), but we expected that going into the stay.The kitchen basics were pretty sparse, so if I had to pick one 'area for improvement' it would perhaps be the lack of kitchen goodies (coffee, tea, snacks) that some VRBO's have had but that this one didn't.Joe was very easy to communicate with and graciously accommodated an early check in for us. Overall I highly recommend this property for a small group of families looking to get away for a quiet weekend on the lake!

Stayed at this house the end of February to do some ice fishing stayed three nights the house did not disappoint and neither did the ice

Our family of 4 (2 teen boys) had a great weekend of ice fishing and enjoying the snow in VT. House was clean spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. Would definitely book again.

We just loved this property that we rented for our 4 adult children, two spouses, our 5 year old granddaughter and her 85 year old Great grandmother! We wanted a space where each family could have their own separate area and this property filled the bill. Santa actually delivered the gifts here and we celebrated a wonderful Christmas together. Everything we needed to cook our family dinner was available. The dining area table was perfect for family games! Would return here in a heartbeat! The perfect family gathering space! I personally loved the little nest bedrooom area!,

Lots of space; we visited in Fall during high color season. Workers taking out the dock while we were there indicates benefit of lake location in summer. The place was spotless.

The home was great place for our family to stay for my niece’s wedding. Perfect weather helped!! Great location on the lake. Plenty of beds. Well equipped kitchen. The AC was fantastic since we had a warm weekend in September.
